    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    Maybe if @AskNationwide actually told its members what the issues are being caused by instead of providing the same copy paste answer, people would be a lot more understanding.

    Hi, @AskNationwide. I understand you’re having major online issues having switched to Microsoft Azure. I assume whoever made the decision to use that system, which has been proven to be substandard, will be sacked. But there’s a simple fix. Your I.T. department will be (1 of 2)

    @AskNationwide I have logged in via the app, there is a message at the top “you are currently unable to make outgoing payments and incoming payments are also delayed”. Is this regarding the site and not an issue with my accounts?

    @AskNationwide It’s the wording on the app that grates: “YOU are unable…” as if it’s the customer’s fault that you’ve cocked up. And not a word of apology.

    @AskNationwide There really doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency here Nationwide. How about an update on how the fix is progressing rather than seeing the same message on your website for hours on end? Really poor customer service just 4 days before Christmas

    @AskNationwide paid money regarding property move and banks can’t do anything as you have delayed my house move with this transferring issue. My house purchase has now fallen through can someone please contact me as I need to speak with your legal team!
