Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide You have pulled my daughters mortgage offer due to a drainage issue the valuation surveyor says needs investigation. Issue is understood & money set aside to remedy it. Land alone is worth twice the loan… so secure. Yet you choose to ruin every move in the chain.

@AskNationwide I need help to find out if my Dad, who is currently unwell and now has memory issues, has an account that is still in operation. POA is in process but not yet granted. How can I go about this please? Needed for a care financial assessment.
