Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide is there an issue with renewing debit cards? My wife's card expired 30th Nov and, despite being advised on three different occasions that cards had been ordered, nothing has arrived. Today we are advised that there is an "issue" from 17th October???
