    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    1/2 WARNING to customers, immensely disappointed with @AskNationwide, been a loyal customer with my mortgage, never missed a payment, kept my house in great condition that it sells in 5 days! Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.

    @AskNationwide I’ve just waited 20 minutes holding on the phone for help with your app and was told what to do and it didn’t work. I now have an option. Ring again and waste another 20 minutes or tell the world how useless you are. I’ll go for the latter 🤬

    @AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting
