Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide Why would a mortgage consultant be able to sort. Needs a tech team to look at it or tomorrow when all your brokers login is going to be fun for you lot
