  • colin12269 Colin Evans (@colin12269) reported from Sutton Valence, England

Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

  • colin12269 Colin Evans (@colin12269) reported from Sutton Valence, England

@AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

@AskNationwide If there is an issue with faster payments why is there nothing on the status page or on the app, I just sent a payment to pay a bill and there was no mention of any issue. This is not good enough.

@AskNationwide i cannot download your app as get an error message saying i am not registered for online banking but i am and can login to my online account easily.

@AskNationwide why is your banking app continuously down? I haven’t been able to get on it for 2 days! Very frustrating!

  • Helsbells567 Helen (@Helsbells567) reported

@AskNationwide Stop cutting and pasting the same answer. Why is it taking longer than normal? There must be an issue?

  • declanl212 Declan Lyons (@declanl212) reported

@RissaHalls @AskNationwide It's the biggest pain in the hole tbh. Everytime you make a new payee. All the others just ask for a pin. If your card reader stops working youre effd

  • TonyB2929 Tony (@TonyB2929) reported

@AskNationwide Even the live chat on the app isn't working on the app. Thanks Nationwide, time to move away.

@AskNationwide if I have had a nationwide 1 year fixed access account more than a year ago, am I able to open a new one and get the same interest rate as shown on your website? Or do I have to wait a bit longer ?
