Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@robbo978 @AskNationwide The whole banking system is **** and not fit for purpose . Security is ott , I can't pay my cheque into my account thanks to absurd rules. It's absolutely bonkers. Cash makes more sense.

@AskNationwide just switched to you from another bank, asked for the new card to be sent to my branch as I live in flats and post isn't safe. But I can't have that option!!! Which seems ridiculous if you want to help keep customer accounts safe!!!
