    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    @AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

    @AskNationwide your banking app keeps freezing on me and this is around the 7th time I haven’t been able to access anything. I’ve taken down the app and reinstalled it a few times in the last few months. I have the latest iPhone. Incredibly frustrating. Many thanks.

    @AskNationwide Hi, no I topped up my Electric on the 5th of May and a second payment of £15 was taken out. I contacted my provider and they said wait 14 working days which I did now they asked for your email/fax to resolve the issue

    @AskNationwide why can't anyone help I'm trying to move my account to you and at the final page it freezes I have reference number status show incomplete you hit the continue button it says error occurred contact us but when you contact you can't help very annoying
