Colin Evans (@colin12269) reported from Sutton Valence, EnglandHi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

GOD BLESS England, Britain, UK (@Hammer57COYI) reported@AskNationwide Thanks but where is the 24/7 assistance that is mentioned. It is a joke! The situation is I want to transfer a decent amount of money in from an ISA elsewhere and I have to battle to get assistance from someone! I would like to speak to someone. Is that not part of 24/7 help?

André Lombard (@AndreLombard2) reported@AskNationwide Hi, I was on a call with you and the line went dead and it's not letting me phone back. Are your lines down?

Martin James Keatings #NoMoreMandates #PassTheBill (@MartinJKeatings) reportedSo! Interesting **** today. An account sold to my mother (a contingency account) by @AskNationwide branch which she puts money aside for emergencies (you know like global pandemics) is inaccessible because apparently it doesn't allow external transfers.

Vicky 🦋🥀 (@vickyy_williams) reported@AskNationwide hi, I’m applying for a mortgage and they want a bank statement for my help to buy ISA account to prove how much money I have in the account. I cannot find an option to download that.
-
Alexa Tyrrell (@Lexicharm) reported@AskNationwide If you class help as not communicating in a timely manner, leaving our mortgage chances in tatters, then to use a piece of snail mail as an excuse when everyone knows Royal Mail was backed up in December due to COVID! Atrocious service. Exact opposite of helpful

Ross Stephen (@rsl_124) reported@AskNationwide disgusted with the service and lack of quality control with you mobile phone insurance partner. Please can you contact me with regards to this complaint
-
Charlotte (@charlottetully7) reported@AskNationwide It will be the final statement as we will be completing on a property before the end of the month. Our Solisitor has asked for “Help to Buy Closing Statements.”
-
Alex (@thewinelake) reported@AskNationwide I've sent the message. Do you know if Nationwide will be offering human phone access once "freedom day" has come?
-
Caroline Debenham (@CarolineDebenh1) reported@minusplnp @AskNationwide I had no problem changing my name with them either; in that respect they were great. However their subsequent refusal to stop advertising in the transphobic Daily Mail meant I had no choice but to close my account. Shame.

Panda Green (@PandaGreen5) reported@AskNationwide Hi, yes, it was just that I was on the website (phone credit) and I did hers immediately after mine, however it told me there was a problem processing payment. I have entered the details correctly, I'm sure of it.
