    Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

    @AskNationwide Yes, yes I have. Not sure I'll be signing up with you for a new fixed term when this one expires next month. Really not feeling valued as a customer.

    @AskNationwide are you having issues i just tried to pay a bill and at their end says pending. Even though you guys have yet to deduct it from my balance.

    @AskNationwide Mobile app version 25.5.0 keeps crashing since it was updated 1 day ago. Version 24 worked ok. My device is Samsung Galaxy A50 running Android 12. Is this a known issue?

    @AskNationwide Hi nationwide. Thanks to your delays my house move just fell through. I've been a customer for over 30 years. This year will be my last year as a customer.
