    @AskNationwide Hi Craig. I have done this but am still stuck on the Welcome screen. The app is working fine on my iPhone.

    @AskNationwide I have made payment to my credit cards and they saying pending from my bank and also the payments were verified via app but still not deducting if my balance and also my credit card has not received payment. Is there a problem can you urgently help

    @AskNationwide Yes, I do. I have turned the device off and on again but this still doesn’t help. I get to the Welcome screen and click on the “I have a Nationwide account” option but nothing happens.

    @AskNationwide Sorry I have done this is past via app and it’s instant showing the balance paid but currently my credit card company is saying it’s pending from bank side but when I look at my account nothing is pending nor debited to my account. There is an issue and please check and advise

    @AskNationwide my card is being declined for no reason and I have been on hold on the phone for 20 minutes! Why do you block my card for no reason! I need it sorted not to sit on the phone for hours!

    I’ve found an unexpected bonus to retirement. On hold to @AskNationwide listening to the awful hold music for 30 mins. If I was still working I’d have to hang up…. Get some staff 😡

    @AskNationwide I have been on every online portal and phoned every number available but to no avail. It appears nationwide is staffed by people with no authority to help customers! Abysmal service
