@Debbiecrosbie1 @AskNationwide @TLT_LLP you ask for help re a defaulted mortgage which I've provided. In doing so, you've put my life in danger, threatened, intimidated and run off the road and you ignore my correspondence. Profit before personal safety? You should be ashamed.

Fair play to @AskNationwide. They realised last night I was unlikely to be spending money at a DIY shop, let alone 3 payments in quick succession. They phoned and messaged me to alert me. New card issued and payments refunded already. Excellent service.

@AskNationwide not going to lie your new app gives me a headache with the new look. Isn't it time you sorted dark mode with white on black for those that need it? Plus the app crashed like crazy when scrolling down. Hope you can fix all this. Thanks

@Claire_Edberg @MartinSLewis @AskNationwide The joke is that the staff are working inside even though the branch is closed, I've gone to the ATM and not been able to get any money out and another time couldn't get a mini statement because it was out of paper!
