@AskNationwide I have contacted and logged a complaint on 15 June! Surprised I got told a FR timescale and no one has tried to immediately resolve my complaint or even contact me. Caused so much stress and anxiety thinking potential fraud but it was an employee error

@AskNationwide For the benefit of everyone 03457302011 the main line we hv always used it’s the number we finally managed to extract from the chat service The service operated by someone determined to just get us off line If you say there is another, rubbish as this one also says go to branch

@AskNationwide taking customer service to new lows! Moved house 3 wks ago, I changed address on line 3 wks in advance. Wife with no on line account tried calling and calling and calling only to be met with appalling idiots on phone pretending to be serving the customer - BS
