    @AskNationwide Thank you but your suggestion has been tried many times and simply does not make any difference. Please will you indicate how long it will take to sort this problem? I have to log on through your website which then proceeds to treat me as a new user each time.

    @AskNationwide I think I've had the worst customer service from a company in a long time from Nationwide today. 3 advisors giving me wrong information - 3 separate contacts. Am closing my week old account with immediate effect!

    @AskNationwide It's a common programming error, but really really basic. You should be worried if you're getting that standard of coding from your developers.
