All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of Β£626.30 should have increased to Β£638.75 not Β£987.00. Perhaps Β£987.00 was just a typo?
