@AskNationwide Is there a reason you don't support sending mortgage correspondence electronically? Apart from saving postage and paper, I'd find out things sooner and not have to spend ages scanning them in to keep them. Option to get electronic letters ASWELL would also help.

@shirleyjones999 @AskNationwide I have had the same issue. First told there was an issue with my old bank but then another worker told me it was because so many have applied. Contacted them again today and they said 8th November...so we shall see. It's absolutely shocking and frustrating

@AskNationwide 1/2 I challenge the ‘here to help’ for the second time in a few months, a limited term account is closing. The do nothing simple option is for any savings to end up in a 0.5% account, not the best, maybe on of the 2 or 3%. It seems nigh on impossible to do online and in advance.

@AskNationwide is there any issues with making card payments through nationwide as I have tried to make a purchase and it kept declining my card despite having money in there
