@asknationwide When you say payments are 'delayed', do you mean 'delayed payments' are stuck until the issue is resolved or do the mean the issue is slowing down the speed you are processing them?

@AskNationwide This is not acceptable. People have pay and bills due out the same day. If you've caused a problem with incoming payments you should delay running direct debits on those accounts until their incoming payments are in!!!!!

@AskNationwide ANOTHER Nationwide payment issue means my monthly pay has not arrived in my account. Not brilliant with bills due today.

@ryanmckinna @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide Really? I have an RBS account - they quite famously have had huge problems over the years.

@Its_CCHogan @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide Never known them to have an issue. Same with First Direct. Certainly not to this extent where it’s happened 4 times in 3 months with absolutley no resolution to be seen. RBS haven’t made headlines for failing to give people their money, at least not as often as NW

worst bank ever @AskNationwide guess I'll wait for you to fix your terrible systems to access my own money. Can't restock the house with supplies now, and got to hope you fix your problems so I can pay my bills tomorrow 🤬

@AskNationwide What's the technical error you are having? Is it to do with the 'temporary queueing" process that was implemented at the beginning of the year?
