@AskNationwide We have just made yet another official complaint but you give yourselves 5 working days within which to respond, at which point, the contract will have been rescinded and we will have lost a substantial amount of money. Please could someone actually look into this and deal?!

My daughter gave me her @AskNationwide Help to Buy ISA passbook to get updated & pay in some cash. They let me update the book but said I couldn’t pay the cash in! My daughter wanted the cash to count in July as there are monthly limits-she can’t get there herself today. Poor!

@AskNationwide No, this is me exposing them for the hostel they are as they treat residents like garbage. They dont deserve awards or donations, maggs day centre in worcester is who deserves all the credit as they clean up the mess @StPaulsHostel cause in worcester

@AskNationwide as usual excellent customer service today at Commercial Road Portsmouth branch. Unlike appalling @BarclaysUK. Reporting a death needs a sensitive response not a sulky public‘oh yeah right you’ll have to wait over there’. I left.

@AskNationwide They can’t help. The person who is dealing with it is not back until Monday. His boss is off too & no one else can help. In the meantime my 90 yr old mum with Alzheimer’s account is being mismanaged again!
