    @AskNationwide I have started a chat - no response. I have called but the 20 min wait and the CS will have gone home. YOU as CS should raise this issue: YOU have implemented an update in the app which is wrong! It needs fixing ASAP !

    @AskNationwide suggest your travel insurance benefit to the flex plus account is reviewed, shocking service, started an emergency claim Monday am as son rushed into hospital in South Africa with ruptured appendix and only communication is today to ask if he’s had surgery before!

    @AskNationwide Hello, are your credit card services working properly? I have had two payments fail in the past 24 hours, and there is no messages about the card in the app. There is plenty of limit left on the card, it hasn't expired and all balances are always paid.

    @RevolutApp @AskNationwide I transferred £200 from my nationwide account to Revolut on 18th October. Between the two of you it’s been lost. I’m left out of pocket and trying to get answers out of both of your god awful customer service teams. 20 working days?! WTF
