    @katywarburton @AskNationwide It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @Recoverycenter6 on Twitter they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account

    @AskNationwide when are you planning to update the iPhone app so it doesn’t crash every time it’s opened? Looking through the reviews on the App Store it’s a common issue, and incredibly annoying.

    @AskNationwide Via WhatsApp and internet fraud. She has sent a crime number etc to your department. As I’m living in Turkey there’s not much I can do to help her and she doesn’t have much support to help her

    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful
