@AskNationwide I've called to speak with someone about upgrading my account and no answer. Then yesterday after my 5th attempt I got through to someone who then left me on hold for over 15 minutes. I then go to a branch who tell me it can only be done by phone. 😩 #help

Can anybody recommend any good working from home contents insurers. I've been with @AskNationwide for over a decade and they are not helpful.
