@AskNationwide hi there. Is there a known problem with the mobile banking app? It keeps freezing when it starts up. I have deleted and reloaded it several times and it keeps happening. No issues with any other apps. I’m using it on an iPhone 7 with iOS 15.1

@AskNationwide I’m aware of that for goodness sake. I am trying to explain that I couldn’t even log onto the website and check my pending payments because it is not an option via the website. It is ridiculous that you can only check that via the app.

Nationwide Banking App @AskNationwide not working on iPhone unless phone is powered down and restarted. Problem for over a month. 🙁
