    Went to londin other week and was using contactless on @TfL with Apple Pay @AskNationwide it stopped working and could only use my card and cant use Apple Pay on first York only the card

    @AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Have called hekpdesk numerous times to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse usually after waiting 30 minutes in a queue . Wish I had not bothered transferring

    @AskNationwide just had a faster payment sent however nothing is showing in the app are you aware of any issues

    Been loyal customer to @AskNationwide for 16 years but having two current accounts with them every year and because I can’t afford to save not getting the Β£100 bonus totally has put me off banking with them now.
