    Awful customer service from @AskNationwide - trying to get a mortgage valuation since March. Rang to chase again & told they can’t help me, can’t escalate & have to wait until 8th June! Iv been a customer for 20 years!!!

  • Sadie2202 Annie Thomson (@Sadie2202) reported

    @AskNationwide Absolutely fuming that we can no longer access the overpayment we made on our mortgage. £14,180 of our own money which we need. Been through your complaints procedure, still a no. Asked if any other solution available or if anyone else can help, no.

  • Harriet76958875 Georgia Handley (@Harriet76958875) reported

    @AskNationwide Have just rung number. She says there is no issue with the cards. The usual crap. It’s all our fault. Two adults, two different cards. Neither worked. It’s not us. It’s this excuse for a bank. I’m done. Left with €45 for 3 days for 2 people. Am f*****. You don’t care. Disgrace

  • Harriet76958875 Georgia Handley (@Harriet76958875) reported

    @AskNationwide There’s no point as you always blame us or some other issue. Had enough. It’s my money and I should be able to access it. It’s 2022 not 1822. I’m complaining to the ombudsman this time. You are leaving me unsafe and abandoned abroad. It’s disgusting.

  • BRADSTERRRRR Bradley (@BRADSTERRRRR) reported

    @AskNationwide made a switch to your bank and the digital service fail and ended up setting me up at flex instant saver but i wanted a flex direct

  • Sadie2202 Annie Thomson (@Sadie2202) reported

    @AskNationwide I have done this, been told there is nothing else to help us. Our money is sitting there doing nothing and we need it

  • Evilsukie Susan Moore (@Evilsukie) reported

    @AskNationwide I need help please

  • SmoggyLondon VillainC (@SmoggyLondon) reported

    @AskNationwide Nobody. Nice, disabled, old lady Ive known for all my life, trying to access their own money held with you. I cant do it via my personal account without essentially being a banking facility /regulatory I cannot offer to them. Pyble to cash to give to her.

  • Harriet76958875 Georgia Handley (@Harriet76958875) reported

    @AskNationwide No. Am done. You just lost £90K worth of accounts. Been a customer over 20 years. No more. Sick of being treated like an idiot.

  • SmoggyLondon VillainC (@SmoggyLondon) reported

    @AskNationwide I dont need that level of control and access over someones account. I dont need Power of Attorney. Im not family and theyre not incapacitated. Its a bit OTT. A/c holder just wants to access their own cash. Direct hand delivery by you to them?
