@ashlilou88 @AskNationwide Definitely , seen your response to them that your partner needs get home but can't due to nationwides issue , it's not good at all and nationwide should get the system checked for faults or technical issues and inform it's customers .they don't understand the impact can have.

@AskNationwide I was told that if I went into a branch with ID I could take out cash or use my old card which I don’t have anymore. My new card is not working. Told this is known issue.

@AskNationwide It is, because I can’t afford the deposit. However, I am paying over 800 quid a month in rent, and have been for a good few years, which surely demonstrates I can afford the repayments? Perhaps reevaluate your mortgage eligibility criteria to help the many people like ourselves?

@AskNationwide Well this has deleted all my details and is saying I do not have a customer number so now it’s worse that it was earlier as now all my information has gone, this is yet more awful advice from you and can’t get through to anyone on the phone and online they won’t speak to me

@AskNationwide @EnglandFootball My greatness was made in Scotland…you have nothing to offer me other than the judgmental abuse you gave when it came to funding the house that I subsequently built with @scotgov self-build funding and my own hands and now live in…so keep your “Nationwide” garbage to yourselves!
