Rep74NL (@JohnnyRep74) reported@AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Richard D G Cox (rcox.bsky.social) (@RDG_C) reported@deandunham @Chrisitv If that happens, either call someone else first or use a different phone. Key 159: it’s a safe number to reach your bank. When asked, speak the name of your bank to get connected. Most banks handle this well but @AskNationwide does seem to be having issues with it at the moment.

Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@AskNationwide also wanted an official letter from the university to confirm his acceptance because the UCAS codes he has received were insufficient (I kid you not). Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5
-
Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@sadietrent_92 @AskNationwide Incorrect. He did open his bank accouny through the main branch, he had all the required documentation which was confirmed. Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary

Jonathan (@jayIFA) reported@MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
-
Rita B🍀🇺🇸🇬🇧 (@RitaBFranc) reported@StandWCrypto_UK All UK crypto holders should debank their banks & building societies. @AskNationwide are terrible. Apart from their crypto hate, they also have ridiculous restrictions on moving your money to & from your account.
-
Mr Ransley (@Yellowtillidie) reported@AskNationwide You got this issue again today?
-
Suzanne Appleby (@suze_appleby) reported@AskNationwide called your credit card fraud line at your request, when it tries to put me through to someone it tells me it’s closed and tells me to call the number I’ve just called. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?
-
owen (@owen_o24) reported@AskNationwide your anti-fraud system has blocked a payment of mine, leading to me paying an extra £90 for festival tickets. Customer service offered me £25 and told me to use another bank next time. Are you able to assist me with getting the other £65 back please?

Luke Terzino 🪐 (@LucasTerzino) reported@AskNationwide @GarethSamuel8 That’s a shame, I’ve been a flex plus customer for years, would have been a nice touch.
