@AskNationwide well i don't have my phone on me 90% of the day, that's why it's a problem, so would removing my phone numbers from my account solve this issue? thanks

@AskNationwide Yeah, and after I’ve verified, I click ‘continue’ on the website, and it comes up with ‘you need to verify’ again. An endless loop. It’s happened on several sites, which indicates the issue is at your end

I'm a Nationwide Building Society customer (@AskNationwide), with two accounts with them, but I'm not - thankfully - in debt to them. Bad loans are bad news for all of us, though, as is the #CostOfLivingCrisis.

Just spent an hour sorting gym membership payments out, thanks to @AskNationwide 's atrocious "hassle free switching service". My advice, stick with your current bank it's not worth the hassle.

When BoE rates dipped you removed it pretty quick, now BoE rates are back up and there's radio silence on the issue (except for new customers). Where is the benefit for loyal members?

@AskNationwide also, nationwide on call credit card support team is such a poor team firstly they are connecting after half an hour waiting time and once it is connected they disconnected in between . This is happened to me four five times. Need your attention to fix this issue .

@AskNationwide what is gong on? W are trying to report card fraud on a Nationwide account and your 0800 055 66 22 number keeps saying sorry we can't take your call at this time. We have froze the account but would like to report the activity. Please help!
