@AskNationwide Hi, I'm trying to transfer my money into a new 1 year triple access online ISA on the app and it keeps giving me a technical error, and asks me to check service availability, which is fine. Have had this error the past couple of days, any help appreciated.

@moranicly @AskNationwide Well, I shall concede that you aren't a very big mob comparatively when set against the population at large, a population that will make it's own mind up *WHEN* GB News airs. You are a single Nationwide customer trying influence their marketing strategy. I am another.

@AskNationwide help! I need to transfer some money but I need a card reader to do it. The problem is I’ve forgotten my PIN! Can I view my PIN somewhere or do I need to order a new one? If so, how do I do it? Thanks

@AskNationwide @BBCNews @georgebowden thanks for your response but ASAP has been over 5 weeks now and your IT Team appear no closer to a resolution from the updates being given to us. Is there an ETA for the fix or is it still not known?

@AskNationwide is internet banking/app experiencing technical problems? I can't log in via text or card reader and have tried multiple devices/browsers, and tried the app too. It claims the card reader/text code numbers mismatch (they don't), then just says 'technical problems'.
