    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide So, I’ve been with Nationwide since 1980 … and as with every other UK bank, standards of customer service have slipped to appalling levels: - phone lines unavailable - fees for moving my own money - opening times that amount to half-days - insufficient staffing

    @AskNationwide Can you suggest to the app developers to add several features that really help. 1. Upcoming scheduled transactions, both deposits in and payments out. 2. A remaining balance that takes into account all DDs for the month so you can see what will be left at the end of a set cycle.
