@AskNationwide I am, please. I'd rather do it by email than telephone but your website seems to only give me a postal address.

@AskNationwide Hi. Like the app but it's worrying no option to set it to auto lock out if not used for a while. Easy these days to access a phone. Natwest app locks out if screen not used/minimalised for security. Pls sort.

@AskNationwide alright lads, if my fingerprint is sufficient to access your app and tie me to a crime it's probably sufficient to verify a £10 transaction. Cheers

@AskNationwide Thanks for the info. I assume the website would still work correctly or would that be the same...?

  • sassybadassy15 Jen (@sassybadassy15) reported

@AskNationwide I'm trying to decrease my overdraft in the app but every time I put in an amount it kicks me out of the app saying there's a service issue but I see on the website every thing is working fine. Is there any other way I can decrease it please?

  • GinoProg Gino (@GinoProg) reported

@AskNationwide The service from the CC team was not the problem. That Head Office had undertaken an action of which the CC team was unaware is. I am angry that changes were made to my account without permission. I think opting IN should be the norm and not opting OUT.
