    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

    @AskNationwide I can't log in using the app on Android for some reason? I can do it on my tablet fine but my phone literally only let's me tap in the first number and refuses to advance to the other two sections? Tried reinstalling, turning off phone. Any help appreciated.

    @AskNationwide I need some information my account was shut down due to somebody recalling the transaction the person in question was committing the fraud, not me and now I need to complain to the FOS but 1st I have to complain to the bank. I would like to start this process
