    @sadietrent_92 @AskNationwide Incorrect. He did open his bank accouny through the main branch, he had all the required documentation which was confirmed. Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary

    @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?
