I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People donβt have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!
