    @AskNationwide I was simply trying to notify Nationwide"s fraud dep't that I was abroad so that they don't put a stop on my cards when I use them. I was told that I couldn't do this and if my cards were stopped then I would need to ring to unblock them. I don't have access to a phone abroad?

    @AskNationwide 45 mins and counting trying to get through to UKInsurance to chase my travel claim which is way overdue. They have no email address, and I can't find them on here so basically I've no chance of getting an answer. Can you help?

    @AskNationwide Sadly we are not travelling with anyone else so it seems we are snookered again? I am saddened that after 40 years of great service Nationwide seem to have adopted new policies that are just so inflexible and customer unfriendly?

    @AskNationwide They are NOT able to help. Do you think we have not tried this we get directed to phone a number that is not manned, requests a text for a call back and no one calls back!!!!!!!! @TonyParry17

    @AskNationwide I appreciate your help and don't wish to be awkward but we are travelling around Canada staying at multiple locations. Without knowing what date the card reader would arrive I don't know where we might be?

    @AskNationwide my card hasn't been working properly (declined) and has gotten worse over time especially in certain shops. Will I need a new card or is it a different problem?
