    @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

    @AskNationwide The app issue has been ongoing for the last fortnight. I've restarted my device, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but it is glitches aplenty when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

    My Mum passed away at the end of last month and trying to sort her financial affairs. I thought I'd closed her Bank account with @AskNationwide on the 9th July and was told I should hear from them in ten working days but heard nothing. 1/2
