@AskNationwide I am experiencing an occurring problem with viewing my digital current account through my iPhone 12 Pro. When I attempt to log on just the background illustration comes up in a frozen mode. I therefore delete the app and then resign on again using my card reader.

@AskNationwide It does allow me to log in a few times then just reverts to frozen, no problems with my MBNA and Halifax credit card accounts..

@AskNationwide Many thanks for your reply. I have messaged the team from my online banking portal but it can take up to 2 working days for a response. Are you able to confirm if I go in branch can they print this online CashBuilder Book account statement and stamp it. J

@AskNationwide The customer service I have received at the Cannock branch is disgusting. We came to remove my nan’s name from her shared bank account, as she has recently passed away. The staff member was rude and showed no sympathy at all. However, @LloydsBank were fantastic.

@AskNationwide 9, the NWBS was complicit with the shared owners lies and fraud . The house remains with considerable issues of non reinstated repairs and works and I have had various possessions , monies and other stolen / withheld from me by the shared owner . My health severely compromised
