@AskNationwide Absolutely lies from Nationwide. Your faster payment system must have failed today because of your inept systems or because someone phoned in sick and you haven’t got the business continuity plan to deal with a payments issue.

@AskNationwide spent 20 mins in shop unaware there was an issue today. The shop cancelled the payment but it is now showing as pending in my account. Will you be able to sort this out please? Also why do you nit make shops etc aware that there is a problem.

@AskNationwide constant problems with your app..you’d think the amount of time that you take to work on it there wouldn’t be such issues!

@AskNationwide I understand what’s going on the issue is I have bills to pay and and apologising isn’t getting anything paid….. imagine the charges I would receive if I couldn’t pay the bank what is owed on time !!

@AskNationwide Do you not feel it is an important enough issue to mention in your feed? Are you saying that you believe Xmas traditions are more important use of Nationwides twitter than informing them of when they will be able to use their Bank Accounts properly?

@AskNationwide payments system gone down completely just before Xmas. Can't buy presents and can't even get paid. Nice one. You gonna compensate us all for ruining Xmas then, or should we all just bank elsewhere in future?

@AskNationwide Same sh*t different month? I'm getting paid early, oh wait I'm not because payments are being delayed again, at payday, at peak, at Christmas 2nd month in a row. Why does Nationwide not honour its Service Commitment?

@AskNationwide so if someone has sent me a payment for an expensive item, from a different bank, and I've let them take the item are you saying you won't have accepted it and I will be £675 down?
