    @AskNationwide No it’s not. If you look at the screenshot I sent, Chris said the money is being returned to the sender. I was supposed to receive this money but the problem now is that the sender has still not received this money to make the payment again. Still no response from Chris

    @AskNationwide I need to transfer money out of my instant access isa this week and it looks like I can’t do this online unless it’s to a Nationwide account, hence opening one. Is this correct?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide is the pass number the same for both the website and the app? I had to set up the app as new on my phone. It didn’t happen like this last time I changed my phone, I don’t think

    @james_ponter @AskNationwide I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

    @AskNationwide why is it that when the mortgage team have confirmed they have everything to complete our mortgage and advised we would get our offer a over week ago we still don’t have it? It might only be paperwork to you but to us it’s our home🥺 Very poor customer service 😩
