Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

Shout out to @AskNationwide who lied about funds being returned from a Direct Debit indemnity, and then lied about the timescale for getting a phone call for a complaint... which arose from their original lie. Great customer service! #Nationwide

@AskNationwide All the way through the long application process to switch a joint account. Approved and spent ages filling in a million questions. Very last "Finish" button on the final page..... Does absolutely nothing. Visually presses down... Page does nothing. Not impressed

@AskNationwide I applied for a flex plus account, the process crashed at the final click, I phoned up was told all ok, then I got a text saying t&c not complete, I phoned, told to apply again, it crashed again! That’s 2 credit searches on me now for nothing. Please help me!!
