Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

@AskNationwide Nationwide still on the WFH doss! Thanks to the customer service agent yesterday for clearly demonstrating why WFH needs to end! Couldn’t be bothered at all with my request and then put me on hold & never came back whilst he went for another **** no doubt! Time to switch banks!!

@troutfortea @Claire11152715 @AskNationwide I have not received payouts for October 2021 through December 2021 due to a similar "bug" and it has yet to be resolved. They were able to bill my bank during this time while blaming my bank for the problem.
