    So, I finally decided to swap my current account to @AskNationwide Only to be thwarted as there was nobody in branch who could do that, although they said they could help me use can IPad. Also offered to book an appt but only on a weekday. Not good. Grrr!

    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide hi, you sent me a new bank card as my previous expires this month. The new one doesn’t work at all and the card which expires 09/25 only works sometimes and so all my automatic payments are being declined and I can’t pay for some things. Can you help?

    @AskNationwide Have you tried using your services? I’m trying to find out why a payment has been made twice, app crashes, phone is impossible and website too much ? I’ve had trouble with the co-op before. Automated services do not deal with customer’s complaints

    @AskNationwide suggest telling customers 2 weeks minimum for news cards. Twice recently I've been told 3 to 5 days. It took 4 days to get an email for 1 card, but not the other. Day 13 and 10 working days later. Nothing in the post. This should be an overnight courier delivery
