    @AskNationwide I definitely do not have on line banking? I have a joint mortgage account and a savings account, I set up my savings account on the app. I don’t have a current account or card so have no way to access on line banking??

    @AskNationwide Payment finally processed after many attempts. How could there be a problem with the card when it finally worked with the other retailer? Ask Nationwide, get stock responses. Waste of time.

    There's been fraudulent activity on my son's @AskNationwide current account. I call to report it, the customer services lady wont do anything until she gets his consent! (over the phone). Tempted to pretend to be a mumbling teen but that would be fraud too. He's 13 FFS.
