    @DebbsilouH @AskNationwide Same. I gave up and used my mastercard which went through no problem. Apparently visa debit cards from high street banks are blocked by the banks if the CVV isn't asked for, which they're not on Amazon anymore.

    @AskNationwide do you offer the same incentives to existing customers as new customers to retain customer loyalty? Am considering leaving after 15 years for the 0% overdraft up to £250 and £150 cash to join first direct.
