  @AskNationwide Infuriatingly, this was the same automated service that I had called previously and told me to use the app to dispute the payment. Talk about going round in circles 🤬. Meanwhile an insurance company has taken £100s from my account

  @gondo_nicole @AskNationwide Thanks but that’s not what their website says, also he has been accepted and the uni had provided the relevant codes to open his student account. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn’t be opened so this is incorrect

  @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

  @AskNationwide That'd be great if you didn't delete people's accounts from the app & tell them to go in branch if they want money, but they're housebound & calling up gets you passed from department to department with no actual solution. We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved
