    @AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? Iโ€™ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.

    @AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail
