Joined @AskNationwide to get their switch bonus - so far the WORST costumer service I’ve ever experienced at every turn. No help in branch and can’t get through to a human on the phone 😭 Big regrets.

@Lawrenc99368978 @AskNationwide Lawrence, please get some professional help. You can NOT be a happy human being. It's exhausting reading your tweets, I can't even imagine how exhausting it is actually being you.

@AskNationwide No, I went in with my son, we had both our passports, his birth certificate, and our N/wide current a/c cards, as I’d assumed this would be enough, as my 2 elder children never had any issues like this with my mum’s Smart save a/c when they were teens

  • emma_mp Emma Worthington (@emma_mp) reported

@AskNationwide They’re the ones I spent 40 minutes contacting. They say there’s no problem.

@AskNationwide I ordered a bed from Made in May and paid on my debit card - it hasn't arrived since and their website is now not in use. Can I do a chargeback on this purchase?

  • Fee_Paterson Felicity (@Fee_Paterson) reported

@AskNationwide is there an issue with the app? I tried to pay for something today using my phone. It declined. Checked my app and it says I don't have an account 🤔

  • viper3668 viper3668 (@viper3668) reported

@AskNationwide I completed an application for a Flex Direct account using the switch service. Due to switch over on 31st when can I expect my new debit card to arrive…have heard nothing

  • Simon_wwfc Simon (@Simon_wwfc) reported

@AskNationwide I had a switch set up for the 25th October but this hasn't been completed. Is there a reason for this please? Is there anything I can do to help this along?
