@AskNationwide paid cash in at 10 when u opened,told systems down but would be done asap,stil not in my bank.Cant even ring the branch.Rang main office said cant do anything if not in by tomoz ive got to go back in to branch? Why should i have to go out my way when its your fault

@AskNationwide You are charging me £6.25 just to access MY OWN money which I put in there. Thats 4 days dinners to feed me and my boys! It may not be much to you but buys us mince, pasta and vegetables to make meals for us for 4 days.Please waive this theft fee as It's not me borrowing money!

@AskNationwide Dear members,it's very sad time for us. Nationwide.Kingswinford manager discriminated my family & violated confidentiality.When complained,they covered for her,bullied us,told our account be closed.We feel violated & powerless against this bullying. HELP us bring those to justice

@AskNationwide Waiting outside local branch for 30 mins in the rain with a cue of customers.only 1 customer allowed inside at a time.opposite is a greggs,hairdressors etc all packed full of customers?

@AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

@AskNationwide I have just tried to open a joint account using the mobile app and it ended with an error, stating you had system application issues at the minute and to try later. Is there a suggested time or just keep trying? Will this effect credit rating trying again & again?

@AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?
