  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.

  @AskNationwide Your automated service is hopeless. Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

  @AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. It’s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!

  Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

  Agree, car parking is a great example.All car parks should have option of paying with cash & Apps especially when no phone service! Banks closing down in towns & no replacement bank hubs as promised! If you are over 70 no one cares about you. Thank goodness for @AskNationwide
