    @AskNationwide I got a new phone 3 days ago and ever since, when I’m trying to register/log into the mobile banking app it won’t let me. It keeps saying that you’re currently experiencing a technical problem. Is this the case? Thanks

    @AskNationwide regret switching to you which was only yest,trying to update my new card to Amazon etc & app won't let me verify & the card reader won't accept the code. Its says there is a technical problem but theres nothing about this on your website. Plus a DD hasn't gone out.

    @AskNationwide My mum doesn't know what is best for her and doesn't want to sign over power of attorney as she doesn't understand she is mentally incapacitated. A mentally incapacitated person cannot sign over power of attorney it is a court decision which doesn't help us in the here and now.

    @AskNationwide Was bounced from a contact from my online login to Credit Cards. Now being told lines areclosed and I need to call back tomorrow. Having been on hold for nearly an hour this is very poor service.
