Youβve now added charges onto my account and again, thatβs down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and Iβll pay.

I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.
