Banks closing down in towns & no replacement bank hubs as promised! If you are over 70 no one cares about you. Thank goodness for @AskNationwide

Impossible to get past the AI bot to reach your โdedicated teamsโ. They are dedicated to being uncontactable, it seems. Iโll be looking for recommendations about banks which do actually careโฆ
