    @AskNationwide Oh hi Sam, nice to hear from you instead of Clare 👍🏼this is quite possibly the wore case scenario for people depending on money paid I'm for gas/electric, baby food etc !! After 22 years with you, recently your service has been poor, e.g maintenance, service issues etc 1/2

    @AskNationwide 2/2 no offer of compensation to those who have said they've struggled or went out in the cold to beg, steal or borrow!!! From tomorrow onwards, . looking at leaving you for a better service!! After 22 years, your going backwards. My fiancee is with @HalifaxBank and never a glitch

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Join Starling. It's takes minutes in the app, they will move all your DDs and standing orders. They even do really great business banking. They just work. App only is the only potential issues, but my ND brain loves that. For a bricks and mortar bank I liked @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide It is now the 12th and Nationwide are unable to answer a simple question as to why i can't buy a bond from them as a life long customer but can via a third party and pay their fees. Truly horrific customer service

    @AskNationwide No Diane no it’s not , my account is still waiting to show money paid in and money going out , I’m waiting for a transaction to appear that I know has been paid because the customer has shown me proof, and why does this keep happening?
