@AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

@AskNationwide It’s just extremely disappointing being a loyal customer of 20+ years, but only new customers can benefit from the offer.

@AskNationwide I’ve now been in the fifth US establishment where my card has been rejected. I have cleared fraud, my husbands card works fine and it’s now embarrassing that it’s not working. Can someone find a way to fix it please?

@AskNationwide I didn't ask you to access my account via twitter. I was in the branch, I have used webchat and I have raised a complaint. None of which answered any questions on google pay not working or helped with the issue so far. A physical letter only narrowly beats a fax.

@AskNationwide Hi my current account is set to close on Monday 4th April. I have used the current account switch service to do this. I’m expecting a payment from my old employer this Friday however if it’s late or they pay my closed nationwide account what happens ?
