@AskNationwide Calling means being on hold for 40mins to speak to someone who can't tell me what the problem is and it costs me more than £10 for the call. That is pretty far removed from customer satisfaction.

@AskNationwide @AsboAye I'm having the same issues as Kate. Waited on the phone for 40 mins, then the music changed to a ring before cutting off. 25 mins and waiting for a response on chat. Diabolical.

@AskNationwide @JoeEDwyer I don’t think you do appreciate it India. Yes, it is very far from ideal. I have patiently waited for the past 98 working days for updates. Do nationwide think that’s acceptable way to treat their customers ? I would appreciate it if a senior manager called me.

@AskNationwide They have asked a member of the mortgage team to contact me in the morning as they could not see what the problem was. I was originally asked to call the mortgage team tomorrow, but today I was on hold for 30mins and then got no useful answers, so hopefully I will hear tomorrow
