    @AskNationwide your banking app says unable to make outgoing payments and incoming payments are delayed and your website says we can’t accept payments into your account and outgoings are in a queue. It’s contradicting 1/2

    @AskNationwide do you have any update on the payments system? Assuming you are rejecting all inbound payments, therefore saving weeks on hand picking the successful and unsuccessful payments? Referring to the #RBS issue back in 2012 customers waited 4 weeks to access their funds

    @AskNationwide I’m hoping there is a process to claim lost wages and inconvenience issues due to this. I really need a time frame. You’ve basically stranded people who are waiting on incoming deposits. Surely there must be a time window they can provide !
