@AskNationwide Hello Nationwide. I am an existing mortgage customer. I want to find out how I can switch my HSBC account to Nationwide. HSBC has barred me too many times from using my own money for stupid reasons. I hope Nationwide would be more customer friendly. @HSBC_UK @HSBC

@AskNationwide I can already access online banking, but I need help with this particular account. When I opened it, a debit card was sent to the person, but as they have dementia, they’ve lost it and torn up the PIN letter. If I order a replacement, the same thing will happen.

@AskNationwide So not just savers then? It would be gr8 to see nwide put money where mouth is on this with mortgages & not pass on all rate increases which are having massive impact on me, 9/9 increases passed on to me so far in 202w as you’re unable to help switch due to my circs so am stuck

@AskNationwide I have a FlexStudent account and was in my last year of my course. I had to suspend due to health issues, so will be resuming my final year next academic year. Will I be able to extend my FlexStudent account by a year? Do I need to still make the termly payments?
