    So, I finally decided to swap my current account to @AskNationwide Only to be thwarted as there was nobody in branch who could do that, although they said they could help me use can IPad. Also offered to book an appt but only on a weekday. Not good. Grrr!

    @AskNationwide As a new customer, I’m not eligible for Account biometrics instead of a card reader. How long do new customers have to wait? Making me want to switch already having to use it

    @AskNationwide I am unable to log into the App, it says "lets find your account", but the service update doesn't say this is an issue.

    @AskNationwide Hi Nationwide. I have been trying to transfer money into a nominated account all afternoon… keeps saying: We’re sorry we are currently experiencing a technical issue. When is this likely to be resolved?

    @AskNationwide Thanks i did call and there seems to be an issue with the app requiring some people to confirm details and need to wait until after 12pm to see if works but there is no information on the service update about this particular issue.

    @AskNationwide Why is the app not closing when swiped away? This has only started since the recent app update. If anyone was to pick up my phone after me they would have access to my bank details. This is a MAJOR security flaw with the app, swiping it closed should close it.
