Every six months or so @AskNationwide block my account, stop my card and cause unnecessary stress and admin. You're a nightmare. After 20+ years with you, you can now 🖕. I'm off. While you'll say it's 'helping to prevent fraud' I like to call it 'spending my sodding money'

@AskNationwide There is no chat option. That's the problem!! How do we cancel the transfer going through as he's had enough now and doesn't want to swap his old bank account over to you and wants to find another one instead of all this messing. It's stupid we can talk to anyone to sort this.
