@AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

@AskNationwide Thanks. I see a message in the app now saying I can't move money, so I won't go to he hassle of reinstalling the app... Thankfully not urgent. Been a bit of a weekend issue-wise, hasn't it? Unlike the NW team to suffer so much. Hope your Major Incident team get a break!

@AskNationwide Have tried several times to apply for a Flex Regular Saver. Your website tells me it is unable to do it and to try again in 48 hours and then logs me out. I have left it for 48 hours twice now, and it still comes up with the same message. Please advise. Thanks.

@AskNationwide do I really have to go through the hassle of deleting my app and reinstalling it because it isn't working or is there the slightest chance you will fix it without me having to hunt for a card reader?
