@AskNationwide I wasn’t able to access my bank saturday night until Sunday morning couldn’t even make any payments or transfer money I was trying to get home from a night out and was stranded a friend was able to give me a lift 😓

@ignorance_dj @AskNationwide Been with them for almost 10 years, always fine until the last year. It’s been a problem every month. Payments not going in, but them allowing them out, putting you into an un arranged overdraft or occurring fee’s. Sadly, get used to it

@AskNationwide banking app down for maintenance at midnight on a Saturday, unable to move money or use my account, seriously unacceptable, why not do maintenance at 4am on a Sunday. Super annoying and now need to walk home as unable to to pay for a cab.
