@AskNationwide I can rephrase, Karen. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily? #Nationwide

@AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

@BBCNews @AskNationwide this is disgraceful now. I'm assuming you're going to offer a goodwill compensation to your customers for yet ANOTHER payment issue that is your responsibility! For the sake of keeping any of your customers beyond this point, I suggest you give it a consideration.

@AskNationwide So many issues and delays in last 2 weeks as well as many previously! What is going on?? Time to change to another provider! It is totally unacceptable. You will loose customers for sure!

@AskNationwide Well I did contact you numerous times during these outages , I told them I was a single mum/carer with 2 severely disabled children and no living family I could ask for help and everytime I got " sorry I understand but there is nothing we can do". My boys missed respite, my break

@AskNationwide It has thanks Jake. Payment completed in the final 10 minutes of the 2 hour window. I’ve never seen it take this long and in all honesty this combined with the issues with payments in the past 10 days are making me reconsider my primary account provider.

@AskNationwide @nathanstorey12 I don't remember reading people had actually had anything yet? They haven't started the "backlog" at all, as they don't know how to fix the problem that keeps becoming a problem! Absolute insult how they keep giving their customers nothing! Not an incline

@AskNationwide I have just checked my account and a Direct Debit has been returned as unpaid. I had the funds put in via ATM this morning to pay for it, but they never went in due to this outage. I am furious and want to send in a complaint.
