  • Mary_Harvey Mary-Elizabeth (@Mary_Harvey) reported from Margate, England

@AskNationwide Have a very simple question to ask, which doesn't feature on your website or on telephone options. How do I get an answer seeing as you closed my branch last year? #nationwide

  • Michevwells Michelle Vesey-Wells🔸️ (@Michevwells) reported from Chestfield, England

@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue. We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

  • paulcorfe Paulcorfe (@paulcorfe) reported from Margate, England

@AskNationwide how do I get a replacement credit card? I've broken the contactless on mine. Thanks

  • Mary_Harvey Mary-Elizabeth (@Mary_Harvey) reported from Margate, England

@AskNationwide Not used an ATM for many months. As someone clinically vulnerable it's something I avoid. I don't have Apple Pay either. Thank you Karen for your help.

  • Mary_Harvey Mary-Elizabeth (@Mary_Harvey) reported from Margate, England

@AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

@AskNationwide hi, I’m paying sis a transfer between my two accounts and the amount in my account is not changing. Please can you help.

  • bonbutton Bonnie (@bonbutton) reported

@AskNationwide I've entered the details provided on the credit card statement that it says to use. I'm not sure if the issue is that there is a sort code given but the account number is 8 zeros and it doesn't provide a payee name so I've put my name on there

  • Tom1230Tom Tom (@Tom1230Tom) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Stop it going up? The price cap needs to come down. I don't think you realise that bills are crippling us already.

@AskNationwide Hi Nationwide is there a problem with internet banking please, getting "site can't be reached"

  • caesar_yongki caesar yongki (@caesar_yongki) reported

@Linzellen83 @AskNationwide The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Farahs_tools for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

  • Linzellen83 Linz (@Linzellen83) reported

And don’t bother sending a DM to @AskNationwide when they ask you to as they can’t help and tell you to log a complaint which takes 5 working days to be dealt with! 3 weeks it has taken them so far for an account closure which is still ongoing #nohelp

  • mcooper06068 Martin Cooper (@mcooper06068) reported from Leek, England

@AskNationwide why are you not increasing interest rates when bank customer friendly bank like Santander always increases rates when BOE increases! You are always first one to decrease rate when BOE decreases it but not otherwise around
