@AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

@AskNationwide Yep, tried twice, had dis ucas code ready as per the website but not asked to enter at any point. He’s going to look elsewhere now which is a shame after banking with nationwide for 18 years

  • beesmade Beth Hartley (@beesmade) reported

@AskNationwide None of these help my client with motor issues. The card reader helps a bit but when someone needs to read a very small number on a screen and they have a tremor, and nobody is allowed to help (I understand why, don’t get into that please) you make things very difficult

  • TBD_R The Basement Door (@TBD_R) reported

@AskNationwide my Face ID has stopped working since reinstalling the banking app, my device is not showing when I go to security and mange devices?

  • PauliBhoy7 Paul Stuart (@PauliBhoy7) reported

@AskNationwide To do what? Every call he has had with your staff has resulted in him repeatedly being asked if he shared his account details with anyone. We have no trust in you whatsoever. Since the account transfer service to nationwide he has had nothing but issues. What can you do?

  • EmmaGazz Emma (@EmmaGazz) reported

@AskNationwide hello! I’ve blocked my pin and can’t see where to get help for this on the app? Can you help?

  • chlosimmons Chloe Simmons (@chlosimmons) reported

@AskNationwide feeling disappointed with Nationwide, how can a revised statement following a change of address take 3 working days? And they promote online banking as being faster....

  • MoodyRocket1 MoodyRocket (@MoodyRocket1) reported

@AskNationwide @nanovisuals It is not Binance that is scamming people, it is scammers setting up fake Binance accounts, I have been using them for years without any problems. You have no right to tell me what I can and cannot spend my money on. As a custom of over 20 years I am really disappointed in this.

  • StevenStorey007 Steven Storey (@StevenStorey007) reported

@AskNationwide, couldn’t your phone lines detect whether lines are open before putting you through security? Quite a faff digging out all the references you ask for only to be told to call back during “normal working hours”, which I guess means 9-5 but who knows?!
