@AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

@AskNationwide neither outside ATMs at your central Milton Keynes site are dispensing cash. Been like this for weeks now. Not ideal on a Sunday when the branch is closed.
