@AskNationwide @leanneram88 My daughter is having the same issue trying to send me money on the app. It's just really laggy and works up until the final 'Make payment button' when it says 'There was a problem with the transaction'. She's going to give it a while and then try again.

@AskNationwide Or move to Italy where the house prices are 20k and spend 6 months working in the UK living in a camper (saving fuel, the veichle wear and tear and rental costs) and six months off. Hanging peonism over people's heads doesn't work, it just pisses us off.

@AskNationwide The issue is one which Nationwide is well aware of, many credit card customers unable to access their account using online banking. Your IT Team have been aware of this and are supposedly fixing for the past 5 weeks. Any update on this? When will this be resolved? Thanks!
