    @AskNationwide family member opened a instant access account believing they would get a card for it, now need to go in and shut account to reopen the same account for card. If a payment is due in this account can it be closed? Will I still get the money? Thanks

    @AskNationwide I recently lost my credit card and got a new one. I didn't realise I had to change those details for bank transfers. So I think I've paid money to a credit card that doesn't exist anymore. How do I fix this? 😭😭
