@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide Thanks Laura, turns out Nationwide had stopped the card. It was only 36 hours since I received it. It's the 2nd successive card I've had problems with, the last being unable to be used contactless.

@AskNationwide Hi, don't know if you can help. We're looking to apply for a Nationwide mortgage soon, but a chunk of our deposit (just under a third) is in premium bonds. Would this cause any issues in regards to being accepted?

@AskNationwide hi, how long would an amendment on a mortgage offer take? It’s an error on your part so should just be clerical to change it to correct information.

@AskNationwide I’ve been duped by a website masquerading as @FollowWestwood and now the money has gone out I see it’s a fraudulent copy from China and the email I sent asking to cancel order bounced back. Do I have any recourse to get my money back?

@AskNationwide Trying to send an international payment and keep getting "We seem to be experiencing some technical problems." But your service status says all is working normally - it was the same yesterday, service status fine but same error message. How should I proceed?

@AskNationwide Done that but the person then needs to redirect you and you go back in the loop if pressing keys or getting cut off. I have been trying to resolve a problem for the last hour. Last call was cut off while I was being transferred.

@AskNationwide You can’t help Jamie - If your CEO can’t help then people need to be warned to stay away from Nationwide
