    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide You pulled my daughter’s mortgage due to drainage issue valuation surveyor says needs investigation. The problem is understood & money set aside in contract to deal with it. Land value alone x2 your loan - so secure. Yet you choose to ruin many people’s moves. 😡

    @AskNationwide Is your mobile app down? Every time I open it stays on the loading screen saying "talking to nationwide". My internet connection is absolutely fine and have also tried mobile data and no success

    @AskNationwide I am a “valued” customer of over 20 years. So valued that you have taken away my travel insurance and I have today received my home insurance renewal with a gigantic 22% increase. I dread to think how non-valued customers are treated!!!
