Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide It's weekend and people are waiting for incoming money. I would like to remind you that similar situation brought TSB to near collapse and massive reflux of customers. You should really resolve the current issue by the end of the day or latest by tomorrow morning.

@AskNationwide So will you be paying for all the late fees that I will incur?? This supposed bank should be shut down... This surely needs some actual looking into from some part of higher level, not the useless IT support at nationwide. You are seriously ruining people's lives.

@AskNationwide are you going to be compensating the people constantly checking their bank accounts all day with no actual updates? It’s been incredibly stressful with no support or understanding. Some of us plan money going out of accounts on our payday and we are stuck now.
