Nationwide Issues Reports Near Saint Ives, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Saint Ives and nearby locations:

  • harmsy Andrew Harmsworth FRAS 😷 (@harmsy) reported from Oakington and Westwick, England

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

  • harmsy Andrew Harmsworth FRAS 😷 (@harmsy) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

@AskNationwide @GrahamWilson999 He shouldn't have to "raise a complaint" you should be automatically giving all your customers compensation for this, waiving all bounced bill charges and really bending over backwards to fix the issue and compensate customers!!!!

  • louisecatton87 Louise Catton (@louisecatton87) reported

@Daveyboylyon @AskNationwide Same date as ours from HSBC. Ridiculous the responsibility is being placed on customers and other banks to fix this. We could be out of pocket for a month and unable to pay any bills.

  • khlrosie2012 katie (@khlrosie2012) reported

@AskNationwide Kind of sort of hugely unacceptable!!!! Are you going to contact every customers bill collected and tell them that the reason people's bills are late is because of an "issue" this has been going on for weeks now, it's ridiculous so sort it out!!!

  • Muffie62 Carol Black (@Muffie62) reported

@AskNationwide how do I get a new card reader? Mine has stopped working.

  • _Murtagh__ cheddacheeze (@_Murtagh__) reported

@AskNationwide No, but we remember the problems with this bank

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported

@AskNationwide I have had a call with a very callous supervisor. I think you have lost a customer. I am going into the branch to discuss my future next week. I cannot possibly recommend your institution to anyone from now on. Your institution's customer-facing attitude stinks.

  • munkeetwit Ray Reid (@munkeetwit) reported

@AskNationwide The answer via chat was we cannot tell you who's account that is over chat... Useful. Ta! Just changed it so it shows a name not a number that only you have access to decode.

  • MichaelBates72 Michael Bates (@MichaelBates72) reported

@AskNationwide Yes, tried to complete online as that would be the simple option, but no luck and it is extremely annoying to be cut off after waiting so long with that awful muzak.

  • louisecatton87 Louise Catton (@louisecatton87) reported

@AskNationwide Mine was HSBC. They said the trace can take 4 days and then if it’s a HSBC error it takes 20 days to get the money back, if Nationwide (which we know it is) it could take even longer. We cannot afford to be without this money, it is a huge chunk of our income.
