Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

@AskNationwide As someone who has rented for 10 years but has paid each month without fail, why can’t that help towards getting a mortgage? I’m paying more a month on rent then a mortgage

@AskNationwide taking customer service to new lows! Moved house 3 wks ago, I changed address on line 3 wks in advance. Wife with no on line account tried calling and calling and calling only to be met with appalling idiots on phone pretending to be serving the customer - BS

@AskNationwide You're repeating this lie? Future customers beware - it's not possible to get useful support for Nationwide services online. I've just had them claim my complaint months ago never even happened. Staff give wrong information, are sometimes rude, and none of the systems connect.

@asknationwide: Hello, have you got a card payment outage at the moment? Just tried to buy food and a train ticket, both declined…

@AskNationwide Still no access to my account. How much longer do I need to wait. Over an hour spent in branch because phones aren’t answered this morning - wholly unacceptable.

@monzo hi Monzo, I left you a while ago to go to @AskNationwide , but now want to return! I can’t sign up though via the app as it seems confused as using the same email address from when I had an account, please help!

@AskNationwide not allowing direct debit guarantee claims on errors made by energy companies I have just been told.. despite being £245 out of pocket… not because of price hike by an error. Why?? #directdebit #nationwide #costoflivingcrisis
