Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide your website and app is so stressful I've changed my address manually a month ago and today tried to shut down my ISA and the website crashed so I have no idea if my account is actually getting closed or if any paperwork will be sent to my correct address 😶

@s_ellerington @AskNationwide I have this too. Used the app a few days ago no problem and now it wants me to reenrol. Haven't updated the app or done anything else. Seems odd
