    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.     @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.

    @AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.

    @liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.

    @AskNationwide I have switched my bank over to you fully and still have no option setting up biometrics to remove card reader. Be coming an issue as can’t send my teenager funds if needed. How long after switching will this take to be an option?

    @AskNationwide I can’t get access to my mortgage statement. Your app and website deny knowledge of me, yet you take a grand a month out of my bank account… please can someone help
