@AskNationwide A savings account as explained in my original tweet! Suggest you read the linked tweets! Complaint has been raised - told 5 working days before I get a reply. No doubt it will be the customers fault. Seems it was when your payments system gave up.

@AskNationwide Unfortunately as it wasn’t direct debits i imagine you’ll say no. All i wanted was access to my money when i needed it, ended up having to ask my mother in law to pay it…. Guess what? She couldn’t… Nationwide too!
