Keith Hodgkin (@KeithHodgkin) reported from Manchester, EnglandI’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

Mitch (@garthserg) reported@AskNationwide Yes able to log in again just seems to be an issue in the last couple of weeks when you move back and forth in the app that wasn't there before.

Jamie McIntyre (@_JamieMcIntyre) reportedDisappointed in your customer service @AskNationwide - phoned (member for 35+ yrs) to request a form be posted to me as I couldn't print it & am 50 miles from a branch. With some reluctance your CSA agreed but over 2 weeks later - nothing. And I can't message you online any more!

Jat Jeguar (@KaijuSitcom) reported@AskNationwide It's working now, but only if I log in using the card reader.
-
Preston Kemp 🇪🇺 (@prestonkemp) reported@AskNationwide please can you confirm how to add someone to my sole FlexPlus account? Your website says we have to go to a branch as it can't be done by phone, but online chatbot says to call an 0345 number to do it. One of them is telling porkies!

DT (@Tuffers56) reported@AskNationwide You pulled my daughter’s mortgage due to drainage issue valuation surveyor says needs investigation. The problem is understood & money set aside in contract to deal with it. Land value alone x2 your loan - so secure. Yet you choose to ruin many people’s moves. 😡

DT (@Tuffers56) reported@mrburgundy1976 @AskNationwide NB that’s shocking customer service.
