Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@GCHQ @CIA @AskNationwide I know for a fact that the Nationwide app does this, I updated to iOS 14 which shows when an app has pasted from your clipboard and it did where does it go? Some government AWS server? No such thing as privacy anymore is there. You can read our thoughts.

@AskNationwide Here to help? - yes this would be good if one could contact you. You are giving opening times online but when visiting I have found the bank closed. You are impossible to reach on the telephone - you just give a message and then end the call. NOT GOOD ENOUGH GET BACK TO WORK!

@hillsy @AskNationwide In Germany, there's Kelber's Law - "Whenever something reasonable is claimed to be impossible due to data protection reasons, it is NOT due to data protection reasons." There should be a similar law for IT security, I think. (U. Kelber is the federal data protection commissioner)
