Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide hi, I asked for an emergency transfer yesterday as your yet to send me a card reader. All seems to go OK on the phone but only £1 was transferred and now your lines are closed to follow up. Please help.

@AskNationwide i was just completing an application for a joint flex plus account. Website directed me to call a number regarding travel insurance. Tried 4 times, cut off each time, no relevant option to select. Maybe a sign to go elsewhere...
