    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide The funds were there Marcus and the payment failed. I just tried again and it went through, so there must have been an issue with this earlier today also.

    @AskNationwide This is getting ridiculous now it’s 4.30pm and still no access to my funds to top up my gas and electric it’s starting to get dark soon. Nearly 40 years I’ve been banking with Nationwide and you keep screwing things up

    @AskNationwide Hmmm I recall the BS saying they did not feel my complaint stands when I reported this issue in Dec 21/Jan 22. Today my bank account shows the error I screen shot this in case my BS call me a liar again. I cannot see my payments made or my DDs......

    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide will the faster payment issue be resolved today? I’ve transferred some money this morning for bills that will be coming out tomorrow and the money hasn’t arrived in my account. I’m worried it won’t arrive on time and my bills won’t get paid.

    @AskNationwide Like this is beyond silly. I was affected by all 3 of the issues over the festive period and this is still going on. I have issues yet again and my daughters account too and then when asked to show proof of out of pocket they basically make you feel like your in the wrong.
