    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

As a ******* and ex-Stonewall supporter I try very hard not to use organisations that support them as they make the life of women and LGBs a misery.     @AskNationwide All they said was that they couldn't accept my statement as it had been printed, they didn't give me any other information. I did explain that it states on the website that you do accept Credit Union statements, but they refused.

    @AskNationwide I support what you are doing re. Mx, but can I ask why you require a title at all? My business of 20 years has never asked for title as we don’t need it. What is the business reason for requiring a title? Wouldn’t it be more inclusive to not need to give one?

    @AskNationwide @TerryStock8 It's well documented that the only two options for Women's sports are inclusivity or fairness, which are mutually exclusive. So to clarify what you are saying then, you don't support fairness in women's sport. Women's sport will be destroyed. #SaveWomensSport

    @AskNationwide Stuck in Australia with Covid, nationwide insurance is appalling customer service. Trying to find me the cheapest possible flight home with bad airline and won’t let me go with original carrier. So stressed and upset
