    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    So now it’s @TSB whom told my mum today they have no idea where her money from her isa is when she transferred over to a @AskNationwide There is going to be a issue and I hope this can be taken care of ASAP. Andrew

    @AskNationwide any update on your credit card account access issue on online banking, still can’t access my account! This has to be the longest running IT issue in Banking 🙄

    @AskNationwide Hi Heather. We have already done this last night. That was when we were made aware by the lost & stolen advisor that this is a known issue.

    @AskNationwide Is there anybody else you can think of that can help me with this case? Seems ridiculous where I can return a pair of shoes as long as I haven't worn them to the shop and get refund but not this.

    @AskNationwide You then have a screen to check the details with “submit request” at the bottom. When you press this, it then asks for you to put your card in the card reader to verify!!!!! The lost/stolen team said they are very aware of this issue

    @AskNationwide Good morning! I wondered if you could help with how I go about getting an email statement of a savings account? I’ve checked online banking and it states there are no statements in archive and I’ve never had a paper statement so I’m a little confused!
