@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide People are already frustrated with your systems constantly falling over when they need them. Continually replying with ‘we are unaware of issues’ whilst your feed is filling up with the same complaint is very poor. I know it’s bonfire night soon, but why add fuel to the fire?
