@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

@AskNationwide This makes no sense. If appointments were available in branch, you’d be allocated a time & date as opposed to waiting in excess of an hour on hold via the telephone. Not ideal for people working or like me, with a young family at home.

@AskNationwide Thanks for replying, but as explained I’ve called Nationwide’s team numerous times but phone advisors were unable to explain the 3 month+ delay. I was told that the underwriting team could give details, but I’ve no way of contacting them. Could someone please help?

@AskNationwide Hi Jamie it’s 03457302011 I can apparently fix in to another deal 01.10.2022 but interest rates are increasing again in next few days but av been told I will be charged £350 to do it just a few days earlier 😳

@AskNationwide just seen your news on the intermediaries site. Absolutely shocking that you are increasing rates so much before BoE have even met!!!! I cant get a rate switch appointment before Thursday so will now have to select a much higher rate!!! It’s absolutely discussing!
