    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide I requested a pin last week on Thursday it still hasn't come. Its a new account. I have no access to my money. You should have sent me a pin with my card I didn't receive. Why can't banks give temp passwords through app so then you can go to cashpoint n change pin.

    @FirstChoiceUK is there a problem with @AskNationwide debit cards? I want to change my holiday and it won’t accept my DC or CC as payment !! I have tried using phone, iPad and laptop (2 different ones). It’s very frustrating

    @AskNationwide why is it that when the base interest rate increases your mortgage interest rates increase immediately, but you need time to consider savings interest increases? 🤔Quote your web site “We're working through what the base rate change means for our savings members.”

    @AskNationwide what’s going on with your online banking? Couldn’t receive or send money last night (was not a scheduled maintenance) and now I can’t see my accounts!! And says you are working on it, is there computer problems again. This is so frustrating!
