@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide my mothers partner died of covid and you’ve frozen her bank account in error and you can’t work out why. She’s had no money since Friday and another 3 hours in Margate branch today. You’ve made her Ill!

@AskNationwide I am being told, that in order for my card to work in any country I have to find a cash point to activate? I’m having serious issues with my account due to the service you are currently providing. Why can’t I just tell you I am going away or a text message

@AskNationwide Hi, I bought some tickets through @TicketmasterCS and the gig has been cancelled. It says the refund should happen within 15 days, which it hasn't. As the card they were purchased on was cancelled their website advise to contact you. What's the best number please?

Spent all morning on phone to @AskNationwide trying to get my bank statements from 2018 which take 10 WORKING DAYS to be sent IN THE MAIL. No option to view online... Anyone looking for the 'killer use case' for crypto, how about, errrr, this?
