Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

They have been told this appalling delay is down to people working from home due to Covid:19. Diabolical excuse for lazy customer service.

I phone you and, after passing security and pressing lots of buttons got, "Our offices are now closed". Not easy way of contacting NW these days. Rotten service!
