@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide Apparently it’s the underwriting team, who due to remote working can only be emailed. Buyer promised reply in 3 days, which did not happen. No response to buyers solicitor either. Our cost are mounting due to this.

@AskNationwide hello. Is there any known issues re payment authorisations? I’m trying to pay my CC Bill (not a nationwide one) but when it comes to the authorisation page to your bank- it just freezes. Not sure if it’s a nationwide issue or barclaycard?
