  @AskNationwide has taken my direct debit twice. After contacting them they promised to not do it again, but they are not refunding me the double payment. Quick to take your money, nowhere when you need them to fix their error. #badservice

  @AskNationwide Thanks. I've spoken to them - helpful service and they have cancelled the card and arranged a replacement.
