    @AskNationwide I can but I’m reluctant to waste any more time without some proper help. I’ve messaged numerous times and called this morning and just get told it takes 20 days to trace a swift payment. It was within the U.K. I should not be out of pocket whilst you figure it out.

    @AskNationwide I can't access my accounts on the app or on the internet account - this happened mid transfers. When will this be resolved? And can you update your website rather than saying everything is working fine?

    @AskNationwide so I can't get into the online banking as you want job details you don't recognise. The same goes for the banking app. I can't access my own account. You continually send me cards with the wrong prefix. It took 8 months to get my current account changed. leaving!
