    @AskNationwide @j_cassin12 Short delay? Like it was before Christmas when we were left without money with no updates, no indication of what was going on, no explanation of what actually happened, and now a just over a week later you have issues again?

    Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been on the phone for over half an hour on two separate occasions today and not been able to get through to speak to somebody about an URGENT charge coming out of my bank that I need to contest? Please can anybody help???

    Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

    @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
