@AskNationwide @JadeJenkins_xo That’s been and gone. It’s tiresome. We need to be able,to,but groceries, get petrol to get to my medical appointment today, let alone the fact it’s NYE, is there going to be regular issues, twice in less than two weeks is shocking,

@AskNationwide My complaint is here on Twitter as the person calling wouldn't note it. It's a bad thing to do, call a customer and ask for security information. I always put the phone down when it happens. You have the number of the division calling to check with. Thank you for your help.

@AskNationwide Do you know if Nationwide are allowed to send me a new card here in India, if I temporarily change my address to here? As you can imagine it is vital that I can access my money somehow, as we have no other means of paying any bills here....it’s stressful enough being stranded!!

@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide I have been using my card with no problems until last week when it was declined.Speaking to somebody on that number yesterdayI was told for security reasons,which they couldn’t explain, my card has been blocked & a new one sent to my home address in Spain(they know I’m not there)

@AskNationwide Hi again.I tried webchat with no success,no advisor, only standard automated messages!I spoke to somebody yesterday on 00441793656789. Now urgently trying to call back again, as advised. Info says hours 8am-8pm. But being informed to ‘call back during normal hours’. Please help!
