Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? David (@Earlofh) reported@AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.
