@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Great Nationwide had to cancel disabled sons respite and Christmas trip because you can't transfer from a savers account to a flex account. " it's not on the form". Not a penny to our name, well we do, you just can't let us access it.

@AskNationwide @Georginapalette Please fix asap as it’s affecting a lot of people - myself included. My boyfriend can’t even get any money out as he has to transfer it to another card!! Please hurry.
