Ahmd othman 🇸🇩 🇬🇧 (@AhmdOsmanx) reported from Newport, Wales@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

Bec (@becclar15) reported@AskNationwide hi Nationwide, new customer, how do I apply for a cash isa? It’s a mystery, website doesn’t specify if members or non members. Can’t call. How do I speak with someone please?

Jagerman (@jagerman213) reported@AskNationwide I’ve opened a new account and sent money to this account from my old bank account. But I cannot transfer the money back to my original account which is a Lloyds account. It comes up with ‘we are experiencing a technical problem’.

#Dalekphobia a.k.a. #anti_Dalek_hatred tsar (@bindon) reported@AskNationwide The "new look" on the customer web portal is atrocious. You must create an option to keep the previous format permanently! I would switch banks, but I've been a customer for 40 years. Hopefully you will get over whatever it is ur design team are going thru & go back to how it was
