@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@BertAW_Russell @AskNationwide Should look into it, pretty sure it was initiated top-down by the management so they could jump on the 1980s stock market speculation boom. Sampo is now the biggest owner of Nordea, while the biggest owners of Sampo are Finnish state investment and pension funds.

@Sammallahti @BertAW_Russell @AskNationwide Agree. I say do both. But start first w mobilizing members, knowing that a year or two down the line one will advocate for national policy.

@AskAmexUK still haven't fixed the connection between your app and the @AskNationwide app. Every month, I approve the transaction and get transferred back to your app and nothing happens. 3 months now. Not making it easy to be a customer.

Okay @AskNationwide, this is not funny anymore. Every time I try to pay online, you block my card and I need to call you. I know I'm awesome but I wish I could order food without having to spend an hour on the phone...

@economic_lab @BertAW_Russell @AskNationwide Would be in support of this sort of a law, but would rather try to tackle it by organising the rank-and-file members of big and old co-ops to put forward a resolution to implement these sort of protections.
