    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide The forward trace was logged by NatWest to contact you. I have a reference for this but their problem is that nationwide is not responding. 7 phone calls and I still cant reach your fwrd tracing team on the phone. They need to call me before 4pm. Its an absolute joke.

    @AskNationwide Please advise where I complain, formally; I will expect an expert-level response to why you cannot support browsers on Linux but you can support those same browsers running on Mac, Windows and Android

    @AskNationwide Ive already raised a complaint and you’ve still done nothing. If you have actual humans working in that team then ofcourse its possible to get them on the phone. You have most likely stolen £2800 from my account. Why does the team that can track payments not want to talk!?

    @AskNationwide What if I closed an account then opened one again? I switched before then I opened a flex direct. Or do you have to be a new new customer?

    @AskNationwide Thanks for the reply! I forgot to add that since I’ve been out of the country for a while, with a new phone number, I can’t access my account online - I’ve forgotten the login details and it’s all linked to my old U.K. number

    @AskNationwide Really need to access my FlexOne & FlexOnlineSaver accounts, Christmas presents I gotta buy here before Christmas delivery deadline ! 😩 Any idea why both accounts are showing as ‘infomation can’t be displayed at this time’
