Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.
