  Very concerned by @AskNationwide handling of my account. Very disappointed with Nationwide. A payment was blocked, no clear reason was given, and my online access was restricted. Because my phone is also locked due to a work-profile issue, I’m left unable to access my banking...

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

  @AskNationwide 35 mins into a web chat.Nothing so far except the answer to someone else's query. 27 mins into phone queue . Have some questions to be answered before I can start application for joint account. Perhaps I'll go elsewhere. Terrible service

  @financefraz @AskNationwide Its a shame @AskNationwide are poor at managing customers though. I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.

  @AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

  @AskNationwide Your bot keeps telling me its too busy and I can't see how to email a question! How do I email a question about an ISA that I have a problem with?
