@AskNationwide You say you have support for all your services, why can’t you provide me with email address for your CEO. My concerns through customer services has fallen on deaf ears. They are asking me to contact ombudsman, east way out! This is very poor service from Nationwide

@AskNationwide I recently changed my current account from a FlexOne to FlexAccount. I tried to add funds to the lottery website and PaddyPower and it didnt let me. Will I have to wait until I get my new card before I can add funds to gambling websites?

@AskNationwide Has any other 30 year loyal customer noticed how up themselves and arrogant Nationwide are these days? Financial inertia is me all over but these guys just took their self importance to another level, unbearable any longer. My guess is they are gone in 10 years

@AskNationwide the issue still isn’t resolved and I don’t have time to lose another 2 hours being fobbed off in branch. I’ve had a letter saying my complaint has been resolved yet I haven’t received the money?! Useless
