@AskNationwide And surely such a request is a simple thing to program and allow a user to access using online banking. The whole point of an online account is *not* having to go into a branch. And I *still* wasn’t able to get the document I need!

@AskNationwide Why is this not provided online? The whole point of an online account is trying to not use up your staff resources! And ‘ordering’ doesn’t give the instant access that an online account advertises!

Reasons why one banks with the @AskNationwide - because one’s partner has spent over an hour trying to report a #fraud on their @BarclaysUKHelp account and they literally don’t care and just close down the online chat. @Barclays - useless.

@AskNationwide hi, I wonder if anyone can help, my new cars has been showing on the app since March, still haven't received it yet and it expires in a week. Honestly though it would be here by now and it's affecting my clearpay account. Any help would be great. Thanks x
