    @AskNationwide Hi Diane, I have attempted to register and account that is linked with my current account. For the sake of being thorough I have tried to do this on both the mobile app and online and both times I have been met with an error claiming 'technical problems'

    @AskNationwide hi, yesterday I made an order from argos, they payment has been processed but in my bank pending transactions there is another amount of 129.95 to come out. What can I do here? Or is it a visual error on the app?

    @AskNationwide mobile phone insurance is awful. The insurance company they use won’t let you get your phone repaired at an Apple store. First time I’ve tried to claim in over 10 years and they won’t pay out. They agreed the policy document is also “misleading”. Awful service.

    @AskNationwide @KLM deny asking for a second payment. They are saying it's the fault of @AskNationwide and Nationwide tell me I have to contact KLM because the problem is with them. What the hell am I supposed to do?

    @AskNationwide very disappointed with the service I have received form your credit card company. After being s loyal customer for many years I fail to understand how you think it's acceptable not to action a simple balance transfer of a refund in over 10 business days!?!?!

    @AskNationwide how do I get a new card reader please. Its not obvious from the help section on the app. (also there has to be a better way than needing that stupid card reader...)

    @AskNationwide amazing customer service from your agent today help with the complaint and rang back as he said he would do and made the call as easy as possible for myself which was a massive help

    Company is GeekSwag. I bought certified refurbed airpod pros that broke a week after receiving. They have non-existent customer service phone line (disconnected) and @AskNationwide have rejected my visa dispute as merchant claims I haven’t contacted them. (2/3)
