    Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

    @seahaze55 Yes I've had to waste an hour on the phone to @AskNationwide to sort out an ongoing issue that they have twice told me has been resolved. I spoke to three people this AM, I couldn't make out if they were following a script or just plain THICK!

    @AskNationwide why is it impossible to message you using the app? Your phone lines are closed and it’s not possible to message or chat? Chase bank have an amazing chat service you are so old fashioned

    @AskNationwide I've tried both on online banking and the app, at least twice each. I go through the whole card reader rigmarole and then get told that you 'can't verify me - there is a problem and Nationwide is working to fix it, please try later'.

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with payments, iv tried to pay bills, do a food shop online and I keep getting a declined message, there are sufficient funds in my account.

    @AskNationwide I am having issues logging in to Internet bank, I am waiting for welcome letter but I have my customer number, it just tells me I cannot access currently the account is still being looked over.its been a week

    @AskNationwide my partners card started to decline in a shop earlier and when he checked his banking app it said there were no accounts to show, so now he can’t access his money? What should he do? He definitely has money and the app was working yesterday

    @AskNationwide Thanks. Can I suggest the banking app is changed so you can? It’s inconvenient, makes no sense and introduces the risk of error or scamming each time the process has to be repeated
