Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide I have called nationwide and they have said there is not an issue with the system and to keep trying as i cant add a payee over the phone but it keeps saying due to a technical issue i cant add a payee on my phone or using the Internet bank on the computer as it says the same

@AskNationwide I had to go into branch as couldn't get through to the number you gave me. I was given a different number than this one you gave me as its just the general customer number. I couldn't get through even though i started calling at 8am this morning
