Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide That’s the problem. I am not part of the U.K. App Store as I now live over seas! For security reasons is not an excuse to isolate anyone who lives abroad- the whole point of the app in itself is to make banking secure for its account holders not lock them out.

@AskNationwide hi is there a problem with the app? Iv been trying for 2 days to set up as a new user on the app and after outing in customer number and the other security details it always errors saying it’s your error plse try restarting the app? Lost count how many times now

@AskNationwide Appalling service today in Coatbridge. Branch busy so I deposited via machine outside. Now being told by stroppy head office that the deposits won't go into account till Monday at 5pm. Told to use machine inside branch but far too busy. An utter joke of a bank.
