Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide Thanks but when checking the Nationwide website and the app at 0730 this morning the message was no issues and it as all green. (Since changed) Payment from the external bank immediately was returned with warning the recipient could not receive the payment and to try again later.

@AskNationwide Oh Kiri, another generic response. Fortunately the financial ombudsman are helpful and have clarified that this unacceptable,that no timeframes have been given.Yes technology fails- Customer service is shocking now tho. I won’t be paying any of my account charges on time again.

@AskNationwide have a message on banking app saying currently unable to make outgoing payments & incoming payments also delayed. Everything else is working normally. When will this be resolved as awaiting payment from travel company for postponed holiday?

@AskNationwide you need to issue a damn statement about not being able to process payments and what's not affected ie taking cash out. You are useless with coms. Looking for another building society this week. I still remember when you buggered up wages payments one 31st December
