Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide If the issues are due to some sort of IT software change or update, you should have had some sort of backup server in place that you can revert to in case this happens. It's Christmas. Sort it out.

@Cuddy2977 @AskNationwide Apparently they’ve switched to Microsoft Azure as their cloud platform, and that’s causing the issue. But surely no competent I.T. department wouldn’t have the failsafe of running the old system alongside the new until it’s been proven out. They could switch back temporarily.
