    @AskNationwide why are you still denying on social media there is still a problem ,yet in your branches they are admitting it. Your just making your customers and members even more stressed than the already are.

    Appaling service from @AskNationwide Third time in two months a payment has been 'missed' because of their incapable payment system. Waited an hour and a half to speak to someone who tells me to just 'call the mortgage company and ask them to take it again'. Disgusting!

    @AskNationwide I still havenr heard anything regarding my complaints I also sent an email to FOS. Even though things are resolved now issues made things difficult

    @AskNationwide It’s not a photocopy, it’s my online statement which I have downloaded and printed. They’ve already told me they won’t send me a paper copy as I don’t qualify for extra support. Why can you not accept a paperless statement which is all that the provider issues me with?

    @AskNationwide @HerbieHedgie how cna you use your card if you have no bloody money in the first place you messed me round something chroinic over the xmas period now assuning that my pip wont be paid in as normal in friday cos you cnat egt theser issues right comaoint is in order me thibnks

    @AskNationwide Still waiting, not back to normal, the initial payment was done last Thursday afternoon, you had issues Friday 31st, wait till the next banking day, yesterday, still nothing, now 14.15, meant to be sorted and still not in there, called you twice today, told to be patient!!!!

    @AskNationwide Hi Jamie, already tried, it's only my current account having the issue on the app, savings are fine, I'm yet to try a Web login via desktop.

    @AskNationwide Hi Beckie Nationwide online chat has said my husband has to contact TSB. TSB are saying the money has left the account so not their problem. Who is going to help us?? We have no money and two kids!! The problem is down to Nationwide system being down yesterday.

    @AskNationwide What started out as a simple request for information and assistance to a Customer now turns into an official complaint about shoddy service. It was so unnecessary too! Are you indirectly suggesting that I go back to my former bank?
