@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@Opinutd @AskNationwide unfortunately Santander didn't meet my other needs, so I am basically stuck, because Nationwide haven't followed their own guidance. New build, no safety issues, low-rise, no chance of EWS1 being done - and yet still no mortgages.

@AskNationwide I can't login to my online banking or make an urgent payment, I'm being given the same 3 pass number options (1st,3rd, 6th) and then being told it is incorrect and that my account is locked for 30mins. Really? Again? #Nationwide

@AskNationwide i can't seem to make small payments online with nationwide account. Trying to subscribe to a podcast on a website but won't let me, however it will if i pay over ten quid. Had same issue when topping up lunch card at work. Only let me do over 10 pound?
