    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide hello. Did you have computer issues on Friday? I ask as I seem to be missing transactions from that date on my credit card. Transactions before and since are appearing when I look.

    @AskNationwide My partner has now done this he is an HSBC customer and using the mobile app this wasn't a problem for him. Seems crazy Nationwide expect you to have card reader with you all the time.

    @AskNationwide @PrettyWildXx Pity your staff don’t have more respect. I had two staff members put the phone down on me simply because I wanted to withdraw my funds from savings, they DEMANDED to know why and I told them that was private. They wouldn’t allow it, outrageous, what happened to customer service?

    @AskNationwide I only have the mortgage ref. They REFUSE to give me the complaint ref. You will now tell me (as you have 18 times already) that without the ref you can't access secure information. This is my catch 22 life!!!

    Please, Chris Rhodes at @askNationwide, we are desperately begging for help. We are about to lose everything because of lies & mistakes from Nationwide. No one in Mortgages knows how to help, so they just lie to us and say wait 56 days for the outcome of the investigation. HELP!
