@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide today I tried to make a one off payment from my flex basic account after twice inputting all the correct details was twice told there was an error, so I had to go to a post office to sort it. Card working ok. Do flex basic not allow 1 off payments

@AskNationwide Shocking service from your subsidiary The Mortgage Works, regarding my further advance application. My broker requested a valuation at 75% LTV your surveyor valued at 80% LTV. Nothing but delays and incompetence since then

@AskNationwide I have just said I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app so it will of course be the most updated version! The phone and software are fine all other apps working, yours is not? It's stuck n the opening screen whirling round. I have done everything that I can, there is an issue
