    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide Mobile app version 25.5.0 keeps crashing since it was updated 1 day ago. Version 24 worked ok. My device is Samsung Galaxy A50 running Android 12. Is this a known issue?

    @AskNationwide how do I access more than 15 months of transactions on my ISA account? I am missing a large sum of money and would like to know when it was taken out/moved but can only go up to May 2021 which is no good

    @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide Was coming to look myself - every bank holiday when double payments due in there’s issues! No doubt who Evers tweeting will tell us everything’s fine for hours before they admit an issue like last 4 times
