@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide is there an issue with payments, just tried to transfer money from another account to my nationwide account and it was declined by the receiving bank which was nationwide. I also tried to send money to another account and that’s not been received yet.

@AskNationwide website says “only” payments in and out not working everything else is, so the main reasons for using bank not working, plus cannot get logged in, any idea when will get fixed? Thnx

@AskNationwide Are there issues with recieving payments into Nationwide current accounts this morning as tried to make payment twice and haven't gone through? Bank I'm sending from advised no issues their end must be receiving banks end. Thanks
