@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide We haven't heard anything back. You may also note that people with Irish surnames cannot currently open FlexPlus accounts. We actually want to pay for an account, but your useless online system will not allow it. This is not the excellent service we are used to from Nationwide.

@AskNationwide We have been on hold for HOURS. Today and yesterday. Please help us. We need to speak to a manager or supervisor. We are a family with young children. We cannot go the whole weekend without heating. This is urgent.
