    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide CHAPS payment sent at 2.15 yesterday still has not been processed! Aren’t they supposed to be guaranteed same day if made by 3pm! Any issues we need to know about?

    My son is still waiting for Nationwide to do the right thing. He was drugged and then victim to an elaborate scam which resulted in both his bank accounts being cleared out. @LloydsBank have been brilliant. @AskNationwide have been horrendous. @guardianmoney can you help?

    @AskNationwide 2 switch dates now Nationwide missed. No communication to me whatsoever! Takes ages to get thru on phone to find out what's going on then they can't actually deal with it as they email switch team who never get back to me 🤬 Branch who persuaded me to switch say can't help. 🤬

    @AskNationwide @Lisaj_mc I have been trying to log into my account via your website since 8.30am. I get as far as requesting a code by text, but the text never arrives. So frustrating, especially as I only switched to you on Tuesday! Beginning to wish I'd stayed with old bank 🙄

    FAO @Debbiecrosbie1 Another Bus ride today 2 different Branch of @AskNationwide Customers visiting during Lunch Breaks Only 2 counters open - 13 customers waiting in the Q Approx 5/6 minutes at counter/ customer - that is 65 minutes (1 hr +) in Q Where is Customer service?

    @AskNationwide hi, I’ve tried to log into the app but it’s asking me to re-enrol for security purposes. I’m trying to do that, but it’s just buffering. What should I do please? I’m at work and don’t have access to my customer number etc but need to access my accounts.

    @AskNationwide 2/2. Going to a branch was a waste of time. Promised action just never took place. You can’t even make a complaint online they set up the website to stop the complaint you really want to make. Time again to look for another bank-but they all seem crap and full ofbs
