    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide I have not been able to access my visa account transactions online for 4 weeks and have been told there is a problem with other account holders. Any news on when this will be remedied as customer services are unsure 😐

    @AskNationwide I am appalled at the service I received this evening! After having a message to say my accounts been placed on hold and now having NO access to my money! I have bills to pay, and I need to live day to day. Not being able to access this account is leaving me unable to work!!!
