Still unable to contact @AskNationwide. I tried again yesterday afternoon, and the number was not taking calls. I was advised that the only way to contact them was by post. This level of customer service is atrocious.

@AskNationwide Can you tell me if there are issues with your online banking please? I've tried logging in from two separate laptops, but after entering the passnumber it just hangs and nothing happens. Urgently need to do some online banking! Help! #nationwide

@AskNationwide sent chaps payment before 3pm cut off time yesterday. Money is still sitting in my bank! Really dont want to use the chaps service anymore can I cancel it? Also speaking to someone on the phone seems impossible when I complete on my house I am switching from you!

@AskNationwide Sorry Lauren, just seen this, your automated phone system just kept cutting me off saying lines were closed, despite your website showing lines open till 8. I'll have to try again in the morning. Only want a loan settlement figure.
