When I point out to @AskNationwide's collections department (yes, they have set collections on me) that this is THEIR mistake, and I have paid my mortgage as arranged, they just say "we appreciate this is confusing"...but pay up or else... WTF??

@AskNationwide you offer online fixed rate Bond which are easy to open but trying to get access to online banking with you after this process is near impossible.I've given up and gone to @santanderuk who have been more than helpful.This process needs addressing for a new customer

Disappointed as a member of @AskNationwide for a good few years, I am continually turned down for a credit card for balance transfers. Happy to give me a loan though

@AskNationwide Thanks. Unfortunately not. Are there any active plans to retire these, or at least introduce modern alternatives? I can think of no reason that you need this for a logged in customer changing an existing standing order, it just makes it needlessly difficult to get things done.

@AskNationwide Why have I received 9 (nine) letters telling me that I cancelled 1 (one) savings account (paperless)? Why don’t you trust email / your own website to tell me this information? Your obsession with a perceived “lack of security” on the internet belongs in 1980.
