@AskNationwide Hey folks, if you want to no longer be the institution of preference with a reputation for good customer care, just persevere with that "chat service" that repeatedly crashes because it allows your main web-access page to log you out in the background, mid-chat.

@AskNationwide Chat With us doesn't work. There is no button visible as claimed on the secure message page accessed whilst logged, in regardless of which browser used. The ../contact_us link throws up an error SEC14543253363673949360

@TraceyandHarry @AskNationwide I’ve no problem using a card reader, though, if I’ve got my card on my smart phone, perhaps there is another way. But, some won’t have smart phones, so, I think it’s a bit of tech we’ll have around for a while yet, and happy that it does.

@AskNationwide I only have the mortgage ref. They REFUSE to give me the complaint ref. You will now tell me (as you have 18 times already) that without the ref you can't access secure information. This is my catch 22 life!!!
