@AskNationwide your website says it’s quicker and easier to apply for / use the current account switching service if I log in to my nationwide online banking. I tried that and every time I tried it just said ‘sorry you need a Nationwide account to do this’ - 1/2

£200 to move from the useless @HSBC_UK to @AskNationwide Don’t mind if I do. I did want you HSBC. Piss poor customer care and appalling online security hurdles to simply shop online. Won’t be coming back in a hurry.

Hey @AskNationwide, you really have the worst customer service. Querying a simple account issue, via phone its endless automated responses and 'on hold', even worse when trying on-line. Anybody would think you had no regard for wasting customer's time or trying their patience....
