    @AskNationwide @cattyvg18 Please stop signposting people to that page. There are no updates, just a static message that should be pinned to your Twitter account and be posted on your website homepage. That would save a lot of cutting and pasting into tweets. The communications on this are really poor

    @AskNationwide you’ve been working ‘hard’ all day!! Nearly 6pm and it’s still down. Absolute shambles of a company what the actual hell id this about. People have Xmas presents to buy and all your answers are literally the same. Sort it out!!!

    @Cuddy2977 Paul, if you take a look under the Tweets & Replies tab here: @AskNationwide, you’ll see they’ve had problems for hours, and can’t give any ETA at all for when the problem will be resolved.
