@AskNationwide I don't need anyone in your adverts to look like me. I don't need to virtue-signal about BLM. I just want a decent interest rate and customer service.

@AskNationwide I’m afraid you’ve lost a young customer today. She will be closing her FlexOne account and opening a debit account with another bank. You make it so difficult and she spent half an hour on the phone and got exactly nowhere. In branch is useless too.

@AskNationwide Hi. Both a telephone operator and chat person told me today if I travel against Fcdo advice to a red or amber country I will not be insured. The website says otherwise? As long at not advising against "all travel". Can you clarify? For USA Colombia and Mexico?

@AskNationwide Can I raise this as a serious issue. There are no circumstances where I should have control over my wife’s spending.

@AskNationwide hey, I need to send a pdf of a statement to verify something with a website. Is there a way of getting one that’ll show pending transactions? If not can I request a pdf statement outside of the normal monthly ones?
