@susie_arnott @AskNationwide @cathydevine56 Indeed, and they wonder why people get so angry! Either give a sensible answer or admit that there isn't one! By giving a non answer it demonstrates that actually you know there is a problem, otherwise they would be able to answer the question!

@AskNationwide @EnglandFootball I’ve had various accounts with you for over 30yrs & I’m struggling to reconcile this ad for English football which visually shows only a distorted BBC Weather-esque Scotland, with continuing being a customer. You really need to rethink your ad policy, &/or hire another agency.

@AskNationwide I wanted to raise a formal complaint. I cannot change the payment ref for a saved Payee on the mobile app, but was told I can do this via your website. On the website I cannot do this unless I amend the Payee which then needs the card reader. This is madness.

This may make me sound incredibly old but can anyone recommend a decent home insurance company with good service? @AskNationwide have increased mine by 40% with no claims made because “people in my area may have claimed for accidental damage during lockdown” and won’t reduce it.

@AskNationwide My card reader I believe has run out of battery. No error message, the one time code just doesn’t arrive.

@AskNationwide It's not the queue it's that no one knows how to help when you get through. I don't believe you don't understand me. I have been clear. If you even read my messages you must understand. You are just reading from the same script as the rest. Shame on you Sherrie
