@AskNationwide Yesterday, and I got an email this morning at 0703 from nationwide saying that it is not your issue and they have passed to RSA, RSA called again this morning repeating what they told me yesterday - basically all they do is follow your rules…and ask me to take up with you,again.

@AskNationwide Sorry that’s simply not true. The team at RSA have refused because technically the little annex is separate and is down as a second home and they refuse to insure with a tenant.
