    @AskNationwide Respectfully this is extremely unfair and can cause unwarranted problems and multiple issues which Nationwide would be obligated to deal with including refund of call charges, especially as some countries can cost between 4-5 pounds per minute to call.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I’m afraid the alarm has been set off again. There have been periods of time in previous years where the same alarm would go off out of hours on an almost daily basis and we are anxious for that not to happen again so appreciate you notifying the head office of this issue

    @AskNationwide Thanks, Lauren. It’s not just the wrong image, it’s an incorrect website address too. I think the system is seeing “Subway” and incorrectly assuming it’s the sandwich shop.

    @AskNationwide is there any issues with systems this evening - usually receive a regular payment into account 2 Tuesdays a month but today nothing at all and it’s usually there between 12:10 - 12:30am
