    @AskNationwide chat service has to be one of the worst. Constantly crashes & wipes previous discussion so you start over. Hope you do something about it soon and make it fit for purpose! Having to make calls because chat is so poor wastes valuable time.

    @AskNationwide I can log in to see savings etc. But not my current accounts. Logged in wife's app to access our account and it let's me.

    @AskNationwide Once the customers financial position is clear, we’d expect the bank to propose a solution. There is a range of measures a lender can take to help.

    @AskNationwide hi is your website working? I think it might be down? Your sent me my house insurance renewal but I can’t sign in, can’t reset password, can’t create account, everything I put my correct details in it says their wrong or the confirm buttons don’t do anything

    Hey @AskNationwide : Why is it, that after THREE Bank of England rate rises, your Triple Access 1 year account is still only paying 0.4%? Had there been 3 decreases, you wouldn’t have hesitated to cut the rate so be honest: WHAT IS GOING ON HERE??

    @AskNationwide hi. Haven't been able to access my current account all day today. What's happened. It just keeps saying trying hard to resolve. Funny as my wife's accounts are unaffected, even funnier it's a joint account. Can anyone shed some light?
