    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide so over a week ago now, I had an issue that is still happening I assume. I was told the matter was escalated and I will have someone call within 5 working days. That was last Saturday so those 5 days are up. Why can’t you muster the ability up to fix ****

    @AskNationwide i am utterly disappointed with your service, i have a trust fund that im not being allowed access to even though you have seen my ID. disgusting behaviour and i expect more.

    @AskNationwide This was for a complaint raised. The issue I have with you is about to happen again as I need to buy stuff so I want to know this isn’t going to happen. Or at least your have to ability to fix it

    @AskNationwide hi. Is it correct when awaiting a refund from a retailer it’s actually the bank /BS that determines if it’s refunded back quickly ? And that it’s not the retailer that’s slow?

    @AskNationwide Disappointing service from Fraud department after being told different things by 2 people and don’t know if I’ll actually get my money back. Would like to know what the process is. No one will investigate or escalate this and it’s the 3rd time in 4 weeks
