@AskNationwide how can my friend, here in France, contact you to ensure she can use her card to get money. It’s her only card and was refused twice, probably for user error. Phoning seems to take for ever. Can someone call her back?

@Dante_Banks That is awful. I will never forget the three or four days I spent sorting out my dad's affairs after he died. Breaking the news of his death to strangers on the phone a dozen times nearly broke me. Big, big up to @AskNationwide bereavement team who were wonderful.

@AskNationwide I have now been trying to download the Nationwide App to my phone since Wednesday and encountering problem after problem. Now being told 'encountering problems'! Want to transfer money to a different account. Shouldn't be this difficult surely!
