    @AskNationwide Then when raising a complaint about this, I’ve had a snotty woman try and fob me off with £50 and no explanation of how your bank is going to fix this. Your bank says it takes fraud seriously, but from what I’ve seen it’s a joke.

    @AskNationwide I closed down one of my savings accounts and requested the money to be transferred into a different account (both nationwide). First account now showing as 0, money hasn’t gone into my other account! Please help

    @AskNationwide I can't locate the transaction, your app won't show statements. It says "sorry, we are experiencing a technical problem, please try again or view our service availability page for more info". (That page says everything is working normally, so not helpful...)
