@AskNationwide Great Nationwide had to cancel disabled sons respite and Christmas trip because you can't transfer from a savers account to a flex account. " it's not on the form". Not a penny to our name, well we do, you just can't let us access it.

@AskNationwide I am a current customer with a flexone regual saver and a flexone. Im looking at the flexdirect account and notice that you offer a one off payment of £125 (if your an existing customer). Can you clarify if this offer is only for new current accounts with NW?

@AskNationwide Any reason why when there are serious errors with your banking systems there’s never a single word on your website or social media?? So, what’s going on and why can’t we access any transfers/movements?
