@AskNationwide My card wouldn't work when I tried to leave a car park at 18.15 tonight. Payment was denied on my NCP parking pass. Was there an national issue?

@AskNationwide No thank you. I am not going to waste more time on the phone. I’ll wait to hear from your CEO, @Debbiecrosbie1. Once this is resolved, I’ll help my mother to move the account elsewhere, which is, after all, what @AskNationwide want. You don’t want elderly customers with passbooks

@AskNationwide @kryo2020 Thanks. Working in cybersecurity, if I could not spot those, I should resign. Out of curiosity, how many people actually attempted to make the purchase?

@AskNationwide Thank you for this. Its very useful. When asked for advance fees in emails does it mean its a scam like in this instance you have shown on facebook? Most people can tell easily but I have medical problems which mean I cannot tell if something is scam or not so easily. Thank you.

@AskNationwide how do we contact you via you’re website? It’s a nightmare when something goes wrong. Maybe this internet banking is becoming difficult?

@AskNationwide I have a savers account that my Nan made for me years ago in her name and my name, I am now over 18 so should I have access to the account too? I have tried going in store and seem to get a different answer every time.

@AskNationwide paying @AmexUK with pay by bank transfer and your process is completely broken. Select PBBT, get authenticated in the app. Takes me to your web page to dig out customer number and log in. Then use card reader to authenticate, which amex then times out. Useless!
