  @AskNationwide just received a letter from you stating you’re removing my overdraft and you’re giving me 30 days to pay it off??? Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.

  @AskNationwide I’ve tried to change my address on my account multiple times but it keeps saying there’s a service issue. I don’t stay at the address that’s on my account but I have received letters to my current address

  @AskNationwide have been unable to transfer any money out of my account for 10 days. Always getting an error message- have been on live chat 3 times and nobody able to fix this issue This is not good enough. I will have bills bouncing from another account if I cannot transfer

  Dear @AskNationwide and @BreckCouncil you’ve now held £2k pending from my account for over a week, £1k needs refunding as u took it in error , but neither of u will refund it until the payment comes off pending, to which you say “how long is a piece of string” #givememymoneyback

  @AskNationwide also wanted an official letter from the university to confirm his acceptance because the UCAS codes he has received were insufficient (I kid you not). Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5
