Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

@AskNationwide Surely you have a system where a member of staff can access and resolve issues without needing to refer to someone else.

@AskNationwide You can’t Jamie - I’ve written directly to your CEO and I’d she cannot respond to this this you cannot help. I’ve been through your complaints department and the people who have responded are dishonest. Covering up bad practices

@AskNationwide Done that but the person then needs to redirect you and you go back in the loop if pressing keys or getting cut off. I have been trying to resolve a problem for the last hour. Last call was cut off while I was being transferred.

@AskNationwide Can you confirm if you’ll bring this service back? Because I’m having to change banks otherwise. Your reply doesn’t answer me, it’s a copy and paste answer.

@AskNationwide You can’t help Jamie - If your CEO can’t help then people need to be warned to stay away from Nationwide

@BidnesNunyo @AskNationwide I had to attend in person to withdraw MY funds. The system is impossible. 48 hours to process in stark comparison to #bitcoin, at the speed of light. Disruption incoming.

@AskNationwide Hello. I have a 5 year fixed Rate Bond with you. It matures Jan 2024. If I close the Account on my Nationwide Online Banking today - will that give me access to the money?

@AskNationwide No I can't because all the information on which stores are taking part is "expected" "planned" "likely" from your own web site. This is a dreadful promotion that is badly thought through and not well supported
