Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide A flexone current account, we have I'd our son at the branch and were told to open it on line but ID became an issue so called help desk but they were in 'computer says no' mode and told us to go back to the branch 🤬🤬
