Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

@AskNationwide Thanks for this. The problem is, the sale hasn’t fallen through. The occupier won’t leave the property and it’s currently going through the courts. The sale will not however be complete within 12 months of the closure of the ISA account. Can I reopen it still?

@AskNationwide It was GOAT, they have no contact number and very rarely reply to support tickets, they haven’t done with my requests in the past

@AskNationwide I am trying to transfer money from my savings account to my nominated account but the app won’t complete the transaction. It advises me that I need to login to my internet banking, I don’t have internet banking only a savings account which was opened via the app?

@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@rstar666 @AskNationwide @georgebowden So pleased you are still plugging away on Twitter. I recently sent letter to the CEO with blow by blow descriptions of all the error messages. I’ll let you know if that does any good. All I’ve had so far is letters telling me how to complain to ombudsman. Outrageous!!

Hi @AskNationwide , when you put a block / hold on an account holder's card, it would be great if you could send them an SMS about it, or secure message through online banking, rather than a letter which still hasn't arrived nearly a week later

@AskNationwide I closed a help to buy ISA on the understanding that we were due to exchange imminently. 10 months later the transaction is ingoing and yet to complete. Can I reopen the account?

@AskNationwide No help whatsover. I live alone. The phones, I have broadened my look, are worth at least £700, none of the shops I went to had them in store and had to be bought online. @Argos_Online @curryspcworld
