    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @AskNationwide hello I’ve got a large payment coming into my bank as backpay from DWP am I best of ringing to inform you because it’s an unusual payment. And it being so large don’t want any issues when it does come in need that money

    @AskNationwide Don't worry can wait. What bothers me is the service in your branch and how Nationwide is performing against other banks. I instructed @VirginMoney the same thing and it was opened last week and funds transferred. Good luck to #nationwide

    @AskNationwide I've tried with app and online, couldn't make payments using either despite multiple attempts. Normally a very reliable service.

    @AskNationwide I ordered a bed from Made in May and paid on my debit card - it hasn't arrived since and their website is now not in use. Can I do a chargeback on this purchase?

    @AskNationwide @twpburton Tom, I had the EXACT same issue - they didn't send me a card reader and couldn't make payments! I've made a complaint and waiting to hear back from them. I've received my £200 so this weekend I'm switching again to another bank. I'm not carrying about a card reader all the time!

    @AskNationwide hi , I’ve just bought tickets via ticket master for next March , I’m struggling to get a refund as the show advert was misleading I no longer want to go , can you help me get a refund please with the “distance online refund” law please ?
