    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide An amount has been deducted twice from my a/c. I want to speak to a person, not a bot, to sort it out. Online, the Messages facility is absent. The app is not capable of dealing with the problem.

    @asknationwide How do you go paperless for an easy access savings account? It does not give me the option online, the name & account number changed within the last month and I received a statement via post. I do not want to receive paper statements.

    @AskNationwide why have you moved your webchat to India. The service is now appalling. I for one will be going to First Direct, who pride themselves on U.K. service centres. A feel it’s a cost cutting exercise that will cost you members

    @AskNationwide hey nationwide. My home insurance renewal came in at £1,500 today. Your kind operator managed to whittle it down to £1,100 by removing everything and maxing the excess. @TheAA_UK just quoted me £255, and even less for being a member. What's that about? 🤷

    @AskNationwide Don’t use webchat. Absolutely appalling. You ask a question, they disappear then say they’ll log a complaint. I asked what my interest rate was, hardly a complaint!!! Ridiculous service.

    @AskNationwide . Every single person I have spoken to has given duff advice re accessing an account for which I have a PoA registered with you. I have wasted endless hours on this and still cannot access the account online. And your AI on telephones is not customer friendly!!

    @AskNationwide shocking service from nationwide today 40 minutes on a call no staff able to confirm if account holder was a bare trustees, fed total duff info! 4 hours later get an answer! This kind of stuff is important for those going through a bereavement!
