    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @AskNationwide disappointed to be on hold for 30 mins regarding discussing a credit card matter. Very poor customer service. Especially after I originally got through to someone and they just passed the buck back to the automated waiting. Think I'll shop elsewhere in future...

    @AskNationwide But you ensure the base rate change DOESNT have any impact on savers by not passing it on. You’re no better than the energy companies, rake in additional profits while the customer suffers.

    @AskNationwide Still stalling on the raise ( sorry meant working) 1.5% below base rate now very poor from "were on your side" supposedly mutual society. Do better or demutualise

    @AskNationwide very disappointed to see nationwide reduce savings interest rates just as the Bank of England increase base rate again for the tenth successive time. This on top of your very slow response to base rate changes for savers but immediate response to mortgages.

    @AskNationwide Stop lying! You're NOT there for loyal customers. You'll instantly increase mortgage rates, but be SLOW to raise saver rates - Unlike Skipton, who CARE about customers. Can't wait to clear mortgage & close ALL our accounts with you. Avoid NW!
