Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide when will the problem be fixed I have until 10pm to pay my asda order otherwise it will be cancelled and I cant get to shops as I'm working up until Christmas eve and there's no more deliveries. And I need my wages cleared

@APxx77 @AskNationwide @ComputerWeekly They have to have a clue, it's just they're not willing to share publicly. It's frustrating as heck for sure, but I have not doubt there will be a crisis response team working with techs, senior managers and vendors. It will be a powder keg of pressure and frustration.
