    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    @AskNationwide tried to transfer my ISA to you. It’s been rejected! Was about to transfer current and savings too but it’s impossible to find out what went wrong with the ISA so I have changed my mind. You’re impossible to communicate with. Taking my business elsewhere.

    @AskNationwide That's not good enough. It should be credited first thing on next working day. That money is for bills going out of my account today and as you sent text money has to be in by 1430 it is totally unacceptable. Going to complain to the banking authority.

    @YSzipbanned @AskNationwide Yo Jack! Thanks for the reply. In your main server (the 17,000 member one in case you have more servers) you had a list of all the banks you recommended for under 18’s and @AskNationwide was best. After you recently updated it, they are on the avoid list. Why? I was gonna join!

    @AskNationwide Trying to adjust credit limit. Both online and app took me through whole process then stopped with message of currently experiencing technical difficulties. No option on phone. Kept on hold then redirected to number I was on! Very poor service!
