    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    All I wanted to do is cancel a direct debit and the guys asked me 100 questions never get asked that many questions to get into my account absolute joke so I’d rather just not ask for any help @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Thanks for the response Phil. Any plans to do ANYTHING at all to show support for specifically straight White people in this nation? Or does supporting diversity just mean supporting everyone except straight Whites? Does Nationwide only see value in certain people in society?

    Can anybody recommend a good bank I've been with Nationwide Building Society/Bank @AskNationwide for over 25 years and they have been useless lately They won't help me get the £105 refund DrinkStation owe me on their credit card so I'm thinking of swapping banks

    @AskNationwide It even came up on the app regarding issues and to try again later so clearly you just weren't informed as I and many others had the same issue thanks anyway but rather than claiming there's no issue try not commenting on something clearly above your pay grade as you always lie

    After great service with @firstdirect being with them for 17yrs it's a shame that we are thinking about switching to @AskNationwide as they offer a bundled account that will save us money.
