@AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

4. @AskNationwide once again round of this weeks list, they’re offering £100 for new customers to switch to one of their Flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

So that’s the @AskNationwide flex plus and credit card accounts closing - their bad customer service made me realise there are better accounts - @VirginMoney account not only gives you a better insurance cover (travel/phone/tablets/AirPods etc) - but they also pay interest 👋

@AskNationwide Was there a problem with you transferring money yesterday? My Boyfriend puts money in my account every Thursday for our bills. It left his account but didn't reach mine. He rang Nationwide & they said they would take a week to look in to it. My bank say it's you.

@AskNationwide Let us hope so because if my bank pays someone now in the next few working days and I go over my overdraft then you will be responsible for paying my additional bank charges. Not myself.
