@AskNationwide Hi Paragon have a triple access ISA that is identical to yours, however they will increase the rate automatically if it changes. Why cant you manage this?

@AskNationwide ok… today I got a letter asking me to ring to verify my NI number. After 45 mins on hold the brusque - and that’s being polite- call handler says she cannot help me and I have to go to a branch. I despair.

@AskNationwide I’m so angry with your online chat service and the lies and incompetence of it all. I’ve been lied to and the simple task of printing out statements, sending them out 3 weeks ago hasn’t even been done, you were given benefit of the doubt because of post strikes 1/2
