@AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

@AskNationwide I’m abroad in Australia, and you have put a block on my card without any warning! I’ve rang the 441793 65 67 89 number and your automated system keeps rejecting it! Im so frustrated and stressed.

@AskNationwide Are your Debit Card Security team 24/7 like the website says, trying to fix a blocked guard but been on the phone for over an hour (call has been terminated twice by the automated answer machine). Not helpful when my card is blocked and no text message etc about it

@RosieMacD1 @AskNationwide I later received a text saying to call +441793656789. Somebody swiftly answered and looked into the problem. The solution was to report my card as stolen. Which I could have been told when the issue first arose. In what circumstances is that not the solution?
