    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    @AskNationwide Leaving your customers open to identity theft …. You’re calling people out of the blue ! Really poor practice. And nothing on your website to allow people to check it’s your team either.

    @AskNationwide I would also be interested in your view that NW employees advise clients who have lost thousands of £ to “borrow it from friends” while NW could take in excess of a month to resolve the issue?
