  @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

  @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

  @AskNationwide I have switched my bank over to you fully and still have no option setting up biometrics to remove card reader. Be coming an issue as can’t send my teenager funds if needed. How long after switching will this take to be an option?
