    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide tried to send a payment out of my Nationwide to my @RBS_Help account and it hasnt credited! Normally its straightaway as i did it this morning fine now its not crediting at all?!?! Clearly a bloody payment issue going on and you cba to look into it -.-

    @AskNationwide tick tok, time rolls on and still no communication from your complaints team. I'm feeling its personal now @AskNationwide or do you make a habit of ignoring complaints? Or are you so overwhelmed with complaints that you cannot cope? Terrible customer service.

    @AskNationwide 35 days to 'investigate' is completely unacceptable. How can you possibly consider 35 days to be doing 'everything possible'. Someone needs to pick up the phone and speak to me - stop hiding behind policies to excuse unacceptable customer service.
