  @AskNationwide what the heck is going on? Your phone customer support drops calls claiming a “technical issue”. The banking app’s chat is in a death loop and isn’t working. The banking app isn’t showing details like standing orders. ETA for fixes? There’s no way to contact you.

  @AskNationwide Oh, and by the way, the last time I phoned @AskNationwide for help, I was on the phone for nearly two hours…and even then, failed to resolve the problem
