@AskNationwide actually about to loose it, would someone clearly like to explain why I cannot use my card, not make any transfers and why my card isn't even showing up on the Freeze Card Section of the App. I cannot even sign in online either!

@AskNationwide Hi there, is there reason the contactless feature should stop working? I have been unable to use it. My account has funds in it so it doesn’t make any sense. It’s a real inconvenience. Thanks, Joseph

@AskNationwide My post code? I’d prefer it if you addressed my query. I’ve just logged on via the website. It says I can transfer money to those that I’ve paid before without a card reader. In reality it won’t allow me to do so. Do you have a phone number where I can speak to someone right now?

@AskNationwide Hi Jo - the main number on your website. When it asked you to hold to speak to someone it redirects you to a message saying “can’t due to COVID”.

@AskNationwide You keep asking me for a card reader for all transfers! This means I need to carry a card reader everywhere! Why aren’t my log in credentials, my fingerprint and my mobile number enough? You have frustrated the hell out of me, I’m switching to Santander!

@AskNationwide I thought I will ask since the deadline is 19 July and since I also have a nationwide account. It is just that I didn't want to face any issues if I didn't vote.
