@AskNationwide The payment issue may have been resolved but how yesterday was handled was completely unacceptable. No answers, and desperate people on here being give copied and pasted replies with no consideration for their situation that you had caused.

@AskNationwide With all due respect, everything working normally today does not take away how yesterday was handled. Seeing some tweets on here from people who really needed support receive generic messages with little regard for what they were going through was appalling service and I'm out

@AskNationwide Don’t know if this will help anyone but I was transferred money from a Lloyds account yesterday which did not arrive. Sender said it bounced back to their account at Lloyd’s. So if you haven’t received money you are waiting on? Check with sender, hoping they are honest x

@AskNationwide Can I claim compensation for the damage that the problem caused yesterday. As it’s having a knock-on effect of the money am meant to be receiving by now. This is not acceptable

@AskNationwide @Frankie07085380 Phil, you’ve posted multiple comments saying the same thing- if it was just issues yesterday that would be fine but you aren’t actually reading that it is still happening today.. on wednesday! People including me, still don’t have their money!

@AskNationwide after seeing how you responded with generic tweets to people on here who were desperate and couldn't eat because of your blunder, I'm changing banks asap. No info, very uncaring responses, no support for them. Could have been handled much better.
