    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide No, I haven’t tried that. I use the app for simplicity as it’s easy to move money - when it works, but it’s only available for phones not iPads, so cannot try on a different device. I can try reinstalling the HL app, but this really seems like an issue for Nationwide to fix..

    @AskNationwide You are charging me £6.25 just to access MY OWN money which I put in there. Thats 4 days dinners to feed me and my boys! It may not be much to you but buys us mince, pasta and vegetables to make meals for us for 4 days.Please waive this theft fee as It's not me borrowing money!

    @AskNationwide I have registered already and previously used this service but it has failed to recognise my details. I have asked for reset details & received no emails to do this. 2 days in a row now. I have also tried to re- register. It not let me? How can I do anything?

    @AskNationwide Dear members,it's very sad time for us. Nationwide.Kingswinford manager discriminated my family & violated confidentiality.When complained,they covered for her,bullied us,told our account be closed.We feel violated & powerless against this bullying. HELP us bring those to justice

    @AskNationwide please explain why you have made it impossible to use an online portal that has still not sent me log in details for travel with my flex plus account. As a nurse working shifts I cannot ever access the phone number either! Not helpful or safe. Please help ASAP.

    @AskNationwide They aren’t on my app. Probably because I’ve been issued a new customer number for my joint account. It’s definitely different to my flex account. How do I get it fixed?
