@AskNationwide Weve had issues since start of november and have been promised by director will be sorted and cleared by 7th Jan, will keep customers posted as to weather they stay true, most likley wont. Have been holsing considerable amout for 2 months with out paying just excause and lies

@AskNationwide A response to a personal complaint is not what is needed here. I'm sure your complaints team are busy enough without your Board dodging responsibility on this. I'm astounded at their silence, and leaving this issue to be deflected by faceless social media and ineffective PR.

@AskNationwide again??? Seriously?? Clearly there is something wrong with your system if this is a reoccurring thing. 3 times this has happened in a matter of weeks. Your seriously affecting peoples lives with this same issue. We all have bills to pay. Take some responsibility.
