    @AskNationwide Been scrupously polite to call handlers but customer & service two words not applicable to Nationwide anymore. 20 mins phone 3 x transfer and no one can explain why payment showing as " technical issue". Been trying for 2 days to pay bill. Some real assistance plse

    @AskNationwide I am trying yo get my bank card pin unlocked but the ‘help’ line told me to ring back in normal hours, I need my card unlocked now.

    @AskNationwide Please can you tell me the best number to call .I am abroad. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and got cut off as soon as someone picked up the phone... I know you are a UK bank but some of us still need service from outside the country !

    @AskNationwide It’s a standing order - it’s the same problem you have every month. It’s embarrassing now. You’ve paid me hundreds in compensation, sent big apology letters yet still it continues. I’ve checked with the sending bank before you say and it’s gone. It is not their issue

    @AskNationwide what their customer care procedure is. Here's my experience 1. Sympathise. 2. Sympathise & blame everybody else except themselves. 3. Stop sympathising but blame everyone else. 4. Ask for DM so U can't be seen on here. 5. Offer complaints procedure. 6. Ignore U.

    @AskNationwide It said waiting time was 10 minutes, close to 30 minutes now... needs way more than an apology, the service is pathetically terrible.

    @AskNationwide I know what you and aren't offering. The fact is you should be listening to your customers and bring back fave to face mortgages. Or at least train your staff on the call centres to the point where they read don't need to log on to the website to read verbatim the information.

    @AskNationwide Browser alternative not working. Would like reassurance that this is not atrempt to end to free SEPA and being forced to use £20 CHAPS instead.
