@AskNationwide Thanks for the reply. Have just got off the phone - was informed there was an issues with valuation (this issue was resolved about two weeks ago) but this has not been reflected internally on your system hence application can’t progress. Please help!

@AskNationwide Yes as an individual, but not as a joint account. It’s been agreed you will reset the account for 12months, I’m just not sure exactly what that means. Would I get interest charge in error back, or just no interest on o/d for next 12 months?

@AskNationwide hi I'm trying to make a payment and it keeps saying payment failed. I tried to pay for something on a different site but still saying payment failed and I have enough money in my account
