    @YourMSTechDroid @AskNationwide You probably can but I wouldn’t risk it as I attempted to and it didn’t go through but still took the money from my account. I’m now £450 down and have to wait 7 days to get my money back.

    @Eulalia91 @AskNationwide Has any slots available. But Asda just don’t care. I’m not £100 down and no food or anything totally screwed. They sent a email saying it’s been cancelled I said why didn’t you ring I’m sure something could have been done but nope. Just been in tears since 11 cos of it x

    @AskNationwide I had already seen that, but there was no timestamp to say how old the issue is nor an estimate of a fix? In short, very little more than confirming what I knew when the transfer failed!

    @AskNationwide That’s unacceptable. Totally unacceptable.I will be raising this to the FOS because you should be fined for this. What kind of a software dev team do you employ that can’t even given an estimated fix time?

    @AskNationwide Can I please have an update on when the transfer issue will be resolved? My friend had to pay for my shopping today as my wages have not gone in. I now owe her money I’m embarrassed to keep saying it’s not gone in yet. Please sort it out 4 days before Xmas this is a joke

    @AskNationwide I take it that the direct debits I have due will not be paid because of this issue? Can I have some details on how to claim back late fees please? I'm also going to need something in writing for the missed payments that will show on my credit score.
