@MelBradley79 @AskNationwide Hi, I’ve just seen your tweet - I don’t know how it works putting money on gas and electricity as I pay by direct debit, but is there a way I could help put leccy or gas on to get you through tonight?

@moodyfrenchman @AskNationwide Fairly sure all those that can fix it are currently 12hrs into a non stop day, it's not the fault of those on the phone or chat, remember this tomorrow when you're yelling at the poor customer service rep that's been yelled at for 7 hours straight already

@AskNationwide Utterly shocking service. Totally useless explanations. Some people tonight have no money for food. No money for bill payments. No money for heating. No money for Christmas presents. If it is not resolved tonight Nationwide will be facing a very hefty compensation bill.....

@AskNationwide This is clearly a major incident of catastrophic proportions. Customers deserve more information than it's broken. Has root cause been determined? Is there a general ETA? What are you going to do if my wages can't be paid in?
