So, I finally decided to swap my current account to @AskNationwide Only to be thwarted as there was nobody in branch who could do that, although they said they could help me use can IPad. Also offered to book an appt but only on a weekday. Not good. Grrr!

@AskNationwide hi, I updated my address and asked to generate a bank statement. Since I have done this, I can’t move money from this account or see any of my statements. Says “technical error” and with the statements says “please try again later” can you please look into this?

@AskNationwide is there an issue again with payments, both my brother and I bank with you and he's tried to send £20 to my account, it's not sent but his app is saying £20 has gone. He sent again and his app said £62 was gone and now his app saying nothing has sent.

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@kathrynhall_ @RHansonWrites I agree, I recently had a run in with @AskNationwide long story but basically got ignored & spoken to like **** by an employee of Cardiff Queen Street branch because my card was stuck in machine and I was worried it was because of tampering. They paid me £25 by way of apology
