@AskNationwide I needed a statement or some proof of an account name and number for a lawyer to transfer a large sum into my joint account. Your hopeless website and app could not allow me to do this and neither could your customer support. Really hopeless.

Just witnessed the customer be incredibly rude and demanding to a female member of staff @AskNationwide the staff member and her colleagues dealt with the situation with patience dignity and respect.

@AskNationwide Hi, it's working now but I got the message twice previously using Safari on a Mac running OS11. The glitch happened between putting in pin and being able to input texted code.

@AskNationwide seems internet banking is down. Have tried on multiple devices and browsers and keeps giving "experiencing technical difficulties" alert each time? App seems fine but not on computer. Are there any issues?
