@AskNationwide It’s just shown as ‘Nationwide’ and I have had legitimate txts from you guys on the same number/name but I called the number out of curiosity and they immediately answered and asked for my credit card number so I put the phone down

@AskNationwide Hi, no I topped up my Electric on the 5th of May and a second payment of £15 was taken out. I contacted my provider and they said wait 14 working days which I did now they asked for your email/fax to resolve the issue

@AskNationwide Hi guys please help, we are taking out a mortgage with you but you are asking for a EWS1 for a building less than 18 meters tall, can you explain why as this is impossible to provide as it is not tall enough to warrant one!
