    @AskNationwide You issued the cheque, I use the facilities in branch all the time. Why could I not just pay it in? It's ridiculous. You've lost a customer.

    @AskNationwide utterly disgusted that you issue a cheque in joint names & your branch assistant demands I open a joint account. I'm independent I don't do joint. Telephone CS team has sorted the cheque but I've joined @Metro_Bank this not 1950! I will not be dictated to

    @AskNationwide None of these help my client with motor issues. The card reader helps a bit but when someone needs to read a very small number on a screen and they have a tremor, and nobody is allowed to help (I understand why, don’t get into that please) you make things very difficult

    Very unhappy customer today! Requested current account switch from @tescobankhelp to @AskNationwide only to find out #TescoBank are closing all current accounts anyway and my request was cancelled. I now need to go through the whole process again, which is just not good enough!

    The worst customer experience ever with @AskNationwide. It’s easier to just put your money under the mattress.

    @AskNationwide I did, you weren't good enough. After fifteen questions I got one wrong and you ended the call. It's ok. I don't expect anything more. I'll fix it when it's less stressful and I can have the patience to deal with you.

    @darrenhayman @AskNationwide Man alive Darren, you’ve had a pretty awful 24 hours. And there is nothing more frustrating than being made to jump through needless hoops to sort out lost cards so shame on @AskNationwide Take it easy fella and get well soon!
