John McFarlane (@mcfar32) reported@AskNationwide I'm aware that everything is working normally now, your colleague told me earlier, however they also said that there is a backlog still, assuming that is still the issue, should I assume its still on the way ? ...
-
Bezz (@Bezzyboo_2) reported@AskNationwide Hi, can anyone help with an order I put in back in November. Never arrived, and the company now won’t respond to me when I email them. There’s no number to call them.
-
Claudia G. Schiffer (@Claudia_S_95) reported@AskNationwide hi nationwide, I’ve been trying to change my address 10 times now and every single time I get an error message saying: we’re sorry, there was a technical problem… please can someone advise how I can change my address?
-
Sophs (@sofee_) reported@jimmyb03 @AskNationwide @financialombuds Twitter suggests that nationwide may have rejected the payment during the outage. Utter **** tbh. I dont have the funds to cover the gap whilst bills come out before wages go in. I dont see why I should have to either. Thankfully we had enough plus overdraft to pay mortgage.
-
J (@jimmyb03) reported@AskNationwide Yes and I’ve provided u with it both over the phone and in branch. I’ve been given an inc number - but STILL u insist everything is working fine (branch confirmed not and showed an e-mail internal that says otherwise). Be transparent. And a timescale 4 my money @financialombuds
-
Lynne Mulligan (@MulliganLynne) reported@AskNationwide He is doing it through the app and setting us up as new payees to do this using the card reader. We can complete the whole transaction but the app comes up with an error at the end and no payment is sent nor the payee saved
-
Clare Threlfall (@truffuk_clare) reported@AskNationwide It's not Barclays issue. 5 x payments were sent from Barclays at the same time. 3 of those have been delayed but received into my Nationwide account. 2 are missing. This isn't a Barclays issue.....it's a Nationwide one. Please get in touch to confirm how this will be resolved.
-
Emma Edwards (@Mxx1988) reported@AskNationwide I don’t see why they should when the issue is on your side. The SO goes in every month without issue yet the one time you have a problem it doesn’t. I see that as your responsibility to resolve, not the originating party
-
Clare Threlfall (@truffuk_clare) reported@AskNationwide Why am I being inconvenienced due to a problem caused by Nationwide?
-
Lynne Mulligan (@MulliganLynne) reported@AskNationwide my son (age 11) is trying to transfer money to my nationwide account and my husbands Barclays account. We are using the card reader and everytime we try it says there is a 'technical error' but your service availability says everything is fine. Please help
