    @AskNationwide I call most days and I am always told different things. There is an error been made and Nationwide don't appear to care about customer satisfaction or correcting it swiftly. I just keep getting palmed off with false promises. It's appalling.

    @AskNationwide there still appears to be problems with online/telephone card payments. I have twice using my nationwide card to pay and it came up with there is an external problem with your bank. We used our account with NatWest and it worked.

    @AskNationwide thanks to the glitch yesterday I have a minus balance which Keeps going up & up & I have absolutely no idea what should be on my statement & what shouldn’t because some payments weren’t authorised and the transactions are all over the place 😡 complaint made.

    @AskNationwide are there any current issues with transactions showing in the mobile app? Many transactions are not showing from the last 4 days and as such the balance showing isn’t accurate

    @AskNationwide I have submitted a further complaint via the link you have sent. Following the disaster that occurred yesterday, I would have presumed to have had a response. I have never had such poor service from a mortgage company in my life!
