@AskNationwide I am sick of this. I’ve done the chat, been advised to call your help line and am now in a 30 min queue. Really bad customer experience. I simply want to amend my switch application with a different current account! Can this not be done with you? Can I visit a branch to sort?

@AskNationwide After I told them my Mum was dead they canceled all access to the account - standard practice. Showing the Death Certificate was supposed to start the process of sending me forms to transfer account. That was 3 weeks ago.

@AskNationwide It just says Error: Your memorable date can't be the same as your date of birth, or your passnumber, and needs to be in the format DDMMYYYY.

@AskNationwide hi I’m trying to switch but every time I get to the ‘full credit check’ I’m taken to an error page and when I click ‘try again’ I have to fill out the form again and receive all the emails again. Do you not have a way to continue open applications?
