Mighty Claret (@Mickbfc76) reported@AskNationwide As a customer for over 15 years I'm gutted (again) that I'm not part of the fair sharer. Every time is a sad moment. Don't know what I'm doing wrong to miss such privileges even though I've been on your website to check
-
Joshua Pearson (@JoshPearson88) reported@geordiegirlx @AskNationwide I think there was qualifying criteria. Have a look on their website so next time you get it!
-
Ryan Gerrard (@RyanLGerrard) reported@AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.
-
Eze Hive (@EzeHive) reported@AskNationwide closing an account for no reason, not responding to messages and now refusing to tell me where my money is is a big problem and fraud. Just because I ordered a new card. Urgently get back to me, I shouldn’t have to wait hours on a phone when you’ve taken my money
-
Francis Wilcox (@Tel_Wilcox) reported@AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

Jasmin Keppie (@JasminKeppie) reportedBeen loyal customer to @AskNationwide for 16 years but having two current accounts with them every year and because I can’t afford to save not getting the £100 bonus totally has put me off banking with them now.
-
Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail
-
Mark (@MARKAFN) reported@AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?
-
Diana Kimpton (@dianakimpton) reported@AskNationwide I’ve already called. That’s why I know there really is a problem. You aren’t doing anything to warn customers about it so I thought I’d do it myself.
