  @yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?

  @AskNationwide hey guys. Great idea to start asking me to use a card reader to send money 👍 is it not enough that I’ve used a login, pin, password, faceID?!?? No I need a ******* card reader to send my nan £25. Is it 2001 again?! What a ******* joke

  @AskNationwide That's not the problem. I need a card sent to branch due to insecure address. Five months with no card. @MartinSLewis - this is really getting me down.

  @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide I had same issue last month. Awful service ended uo changing banks. Go to chase bank. Excellent service

  @AskNationwide have been unable to transfer any money out of my account for 10 days. Always getting an error message- have been on live chat 3 times and nobody able to fix this issue This is not good enough. I will have bills bouncing from another account if I cannot transfer

  @AskNationwide Can’t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said I’d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on

  @AskNationwide just received a letter from you stating you’re removing my overdraft and you’re giving me 30 days to pay it off??? Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.
