@AskNationwide I think I out the envelope into the wrong slot. But it should have been returned with an option to put it into the correct slot. Instead, it kept the envelope, said transaction failed. The ATM no longer working.

@AskNationwide As a customer of Nationwide, are you allowing us to set our own contactless limit now that it has gone up to £100? I would prefer a lower limit than that.

@Visa @AskNationwide @RoughRunners who’s responsible for my refund? I paid £289 to Roughrunner for 10 tickets in 2020! Event was cancelled then Rough Runner went into liquidation. My bank have said as each item is under £100 I’m not covered by section 75. Any help?

@Richardmcfc @AskNationwide Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Multitask_Support on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins
