    @AskNationwide I can't seem to get the chat function working on their app and the phone line doesn't open until 9am. So, no not at the moment.

    @AskNationwide I spoke with the credit card company, system error on their end sending out false alerts. Payment went through fine.

    @AskNationwide CANT EVEN GET THE WEBSITE Sorry, that didn't match Please check that you've entered both the last 4 digits of your card and the 8 digit card reader code correctly. Still having trouble? Get help with logging in.

    @AskNationwide Hi Craig, that’s what I thought however, when trying to transfer I get an error message stating ‘that account does not exist’ and I therefore cannot make the transfer.

    @VeryHelpers any reason a customer cannot set up a direct debit using @AskNationwide? I know that the details are correct for the direct debit. Do you make it especially difficult for your customers to manage their account?
