Hi @AskNationwide @Nationwide just got a text saying a payee has been added. We haven’t added that payee. Called your fraud department and been on hold forever - not ideal for a serious issue and potential fraud case. Please #help #asap

@AskNationwide Am trying to link my savings account to another bank but because i can Remember the pass code it tells me to re register to log in to change it but it just takes me back to where i was before ! Its the most infuriating system! !!!

@AskNationwide The app-browser handover doesn't seem to complete in Android (12 SKQ1 211006.001) MIUI with a Samsung browser. The browser allows camera access, but blocks pop-ups and redirection by default. Can you offer any tips on how to proceed & succeed with applications on a mobile device?

@AskNationwide Your ISA application process requires an identification document and leads, eventually, after several pages of form filling, to a camera button at the "upload a photograph of your passport" stage, but then the process breaks because the app seems unable to access the camera.
