    @AskNationwide Tesco took money for a delivery yesterday that didn't turn up they have issued a refund but says it takes 3 to 5 working days it was for essential food I need refund urgently

    @AskNationwide I spoke with the credit card company, system error on their end sending out false alerts. Payment went through fine.

    @AskNationwide Your link takes me to a generic website which doesn’t help. Your Worthing branch has all the details and is being fobbed off by your IT team. E.g. the branch was told by IT on that a chps payment would be made that day. No transaction was made. IT is lying to the branch…

    @AskNationwide @BlondeHistorian nationwide… How about dealing with the issue instead of asking the lady to ring in and go through it all again. Twitter has direct messaging which is private if you need details. Please show you care and not just fob off..

    @AskNationwide For GDPR I’m not going to publicly discuss what I need to talk about, as a bank I’m sure you understand that. In the DM conversations I am being told to call the mortgage department, which is what I’ve been trying to do, and why I am complaining. So…. Not much help really…
