    @littlejohn50 @Gatwick_Airport @AskNationwide How many people are being scammed by these airports and their drop off fees. It’s impossible to get a refund back. My bank have been useless with the chargeback

    @AskNationwide how do you complain about poor service? The chat agent told me I needed to complete a special form. She promised to email it to me. It did not arrive. So, it seems that you do not accept complaints.
