@AskNationwide yesterday I had to verify a payment but now it is defaulting to that screen every time I log in and won’t default to accounts page - is this a bug in app?

@AskNationwide Yes i know thanks but it is possible.Everyone else is doing it. Please look into developing this service. No issues with the customer service otherwise but it is so painful to try and get to nearest store (or post office which is now even further away), especially with fuel costs
