@AskNationwide Yes I will. I’ve just tried to speak to a fifth phone consultant & they refused to help get this sorted. I’m super unhappy- I’ve been a NW customer for x22 years & I’m now being unlawfully denied access to my money.

@PewDiePayne_ @AskNationwide Every customer whom they have not met the terms of their sales contact with ie not delivered an advent calendar by 1st December should write a poor review. Next year, customers won’t go near them. They’re clearly ploughing money into advertising rather than honouring orders.

I would really rather not have to change banks at my time of life, but I also would rather not have a bank whose social media account polices people's comments.
