    @AskNationwide I tried to close my 1Y TRIPLE ACCESS ONLINE SAVER 12 and send the money it to my new 1Y TRIPLE ACCESS ONLINE SAVER 13 but when I got to send the money it said there was a technical problem, I tried 4 times to do it but each time the same result.

    @AskNationwide Please answer my question as your’e just squirting around my question, if I can’t transfer my money because of a technical problem HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY MONEY TO ANOTHER ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS, as it’s an on line only account.

    @AskNationwide if it dont work by morning, ill be going into the bank to close my accounts. i cant afford to have these issues and stick around waiting for ifs or maybes

    @AskNationwide hi, I have the 1 year triple access online saver @ 0.45% with 6 months to run. I see you have just realised a 0.70% one. Will my existing interest rate be increased or will I need to close my existing & open a new one? Thanks
