@AskNationwide Will you be letting us know what went wrong and what your IT teams have done to stop it happening again? With all the concern around log4j at the moment it doesn't inspire confidence just saying that you had "an issue".

@Signedbysophiee @AskNationwide They claim the problem has been solved but there is a massive backlog of payments both ways. Hope it is cleared soon. I don't have anyone to pay but I bought a fridge freezer and my mum sent me the money for it after, due to this it has still not appeared in my account.

@Morrisons @AskNationwide I don’t want it cancelled…Nationwide have technical difficulties so account holders are having problems with payments. I want to know my order WONT be cancelled at the cut off tonight.

@Morrisons @AskNationwide have technical issues so payments are delayed or not going through. My order cut off is 11:55pm tonight for our Xmas Eve delivery, can you not automatically cancel orders?
