    @AskNationwide It’s not necessarily the call times it’s being told I’m being passed to another advisor as I’d already waited once &they couldn’t help &then just being put back in a normal queue. &then having to do security& go through the same thing all over again. How do I make a complaint?

    @AskNationwide I have been on hold for 1 hour and I still waiting for someone to help me. The CHAPS team have gone *** and your managers won't accept calls!!!!!!!! I have someone in the fraud team trying to get someone to take the call!!!

    Well, I got nowhere with my complaint about closing an ISA with Marcus from @AskNationwide. I presume he wanted to get off home at 5pm, so if anybody there wants to help, please DM me.

    @AskNationwide hi, is there any issues with payments being made to other accounts. Been try to do a bank transfer but get a message saying “unable to process transaction, try again later” thanks

    @AskNationwide unable to access accounts, make payments or move money. Multiple people reporting this, you can’t kept saying it isn’t happening. When is it going to be fixed?

    @AskNationwide Your live chat system does not have anybody from the credit card system on it. Why not? If you had a member on from the credit card system with access to the it system you could answer more of the customer's queries. Now. With a broken secure messaging sysstem we have nothing

    @AskNationwide There's no answer on that phone number and text does not support replies. My experience dealing with Nationwide re both my mum and dad's PoAs has been infuriating and emotionally draining.
