Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reported@AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now – but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
