Found someones purse today and it contains a debit card with @AskNationwide so been on the chat to them & asked if they can contact the said person. They said no. Either I take to the bank within my working hours Ring them (at a cost) Or destory it when it could be returned

@AskNationwide really poor customer service. Trying to reinstate a mortgage following a house move. Over 5 weeks and no joy. Just spoken to a very uncaring consultant. Very stressful situation, I need answers now! Before you leave me homeless!!!

@AskNationwide You need to make it more obvious that some branches have no counter service. I didn't click through because I just needed to find where it was. I've wasted most of my lunch going to a branch that can't help me and I finish too late to go after work.

@AskNationwide called up and the woman on the phone quite frankly had no idea what she was doing and didn't understand what the issue was, she tried to put me through to sales but instead kicked me back to the main options menu where I'd already sat for 20+ mins!

@AskNationwide No reply. This is more than a personal matter. The whole point of the govt help was to get the country back on its feet. I’m earning more than before Covid and haven’t defaulted, but computer doesn’t even verify reason for drop in income 20-21

@AskNationwide I didn't want your members details. I was going to provide you with my telephone number and thought you would consider them yourself and inform them to ring me to return to them. It was my 'data' i was providing. But hey ho. Your policies don't help your clients.
