@DeeJayRandom @AskNationwide Oh. I know. I got a reply about 7 hours ago telling me this sort of issue is likely to be solved in a "couple of hours at worst". And, since it looks like nothing has changed, I thought I would see what's going on. But. The reply has gotten more vague.

@AskNationwide sort the sending and receiving payment issue please, we have wages going in for the festive period. The little updates so far and time resolving this issue is extremely poor to say the least...

@Beautifulee21 @donkeysteph1 @AskNationwide I’m going to keep it simple…what is the issue that is causing the delay? At least give us that!!!!

  • ClaireL47542055 Claire Lou (@ClaireL47542055) reported

@AskNationwide Payments down. The day before my wages go in. Can’t tell us when it’ll be sorted but it’s ok becos’ direct debits can still go out, even if there’s no money to pay them. Fanbloodytastic! NOT what I need this week 🤬🤬🤬

  • The_Marques_Man The Marques Man (@The_Marques_Man) reported

@AskNationwide Your phone lines are down so would appreciate some help... I'm flying to Aberdeen tomorrow to collect a car which will require a bank transfer. Will this be affected by the current outage? Thanks.

  • supertazzman Supertazzman (@supertazzman) reported

@AskNationwide still haven't got access to my money. Business and personal accounts. Nearly a day has went by now. Some of us like money

  • Man_Power_Music Man Power (@Man_Power_Music) reported

A full working day is nearly over and @AskNationwide still refuse to use twitter to inform their customers about the fact they can't perform their banking. They say their twitter is for "news" so why wont they tell their own customers about the most dire issue facing all of them?

  • tonyhgv Tony jackson (@tonyhgv) reported

@AskNationwide Any idea when I can get access to the money that was transferred to my account over 6 hrs ago

  • Cheekybum69 Zobo (@Cheekybum69) reported

@AskNationwide just rang the contact centre and team members was laughing down the phone. This is disgusting when your leaving families with any money. I would like a Manager to call me back!!!! 🤬🤬

  • DunningtonAlex Alex Dunnington (@DunningtonAlex) reported

@AskNationwide @LinziReid2 Have you considered offering customers an explanation as to what caused the issue and why? It might reassure people you actually know how to solve it. Rather than just "we cannot accept payments" "there are delays"... like... yeah... no ****....
