    @AskNationwide also wanted an official letter from the university to confirm his acceptance because the UCAS codes he has received were insufficient (I kid you not). Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    @AskNationwide @NevadaBHillon I am unable to see any transactions on both my debit and credit cards today. I assume you are experiencing problems although you say things are fine?

    @AskNationwide trying to move money from my current account, using card reader etc but getting 'we're experiencing a technical problem' - according to your website though 'services are working normally' ?

    @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide I had same issue last month. Awful service ended uo changing banks. Go to chase bank. Excellent service
