    @kelwell16 @AskNationwide Well this all started as I changed my address, online because of my issues! They messed up and now have frozen accounts but can’t do anything till I go In to a branch or call them! Would love to but can’t speak at the minute nor can I get out of my pit at the minute.. love to mr!

    @AskNationwide @NationwidePress #moreITfails. NW Building Soc warning on internet banking that incoming payments are delayed but “outgoing payments … working”. That’s ok then - you can take money out of my account but can’t pay in. Second time in months. #sortitout.

    @AskNationwide been sent a payment this morning for food and gas and still not got it. Ive been a customer 7+ years and now will be leaving as sat with nothing to eat!!

    @AskNationwide is there anything your customers should be concerned with as for the 2nd time in a few months your online banking tools are not working. Are you intending fixing this or do we need to move our business elsewhere?

    @AskNationwide @chl0hilt0n You're not sorry though this happens all the time with nationwide. I've been without electricity all day you've done nothing to help if you were sorry you'd have something in place to help considering this is a regular occurrence
