    @Ekadzirange @cornelius_mark @AskNationwide It's far better than Sainsbury's Bank! They had an outage earlier this year which meant I couldn't log in or view my credit card for 2 weeks!

    @cornelius_mark @AskNationwide I have worked for them all and can agree. Plus, they have invested a lot of cash over the past 10 years on improvements. I would suggest that today was a fault rather than an issue with a change.

    @AskNationwide So has been sorted now about payments, but your customer service is **** , and most of these people have been customers for years, and loyal , and you are going to lose them.. So should give them something as good will gesture…Ta

    @AskNationwide Will you be letting us know what went wrong and what your IT teams have done to stop it happening again? With all the concern around log4j at the moment it doesn't inspire confidence just saying that you had "an issue".
