@AskNationwide That's all very well and good, but it's Sunday evening, someone is waiting for money and your help page says I can do this without a card reader.

  • andyfenboyed Andy Edwards (@andyfenboyed) reported

@AskNationwide But Nationwide don’t accept post dated letters. I can’t see the need to change the card number as I’m now going to have to go through the terrible online banking App to work out what is a card payment and a DD. I shouldn’t have to do this. Again fail to see security here?

  • BearmanJemma Jemma Bearman (@BearmanJemma) reported

@AskNationwide I need to transfer some money but the App is not coming up properly, there’s just a blurry picture of some trees. Are there any issues at the moment?

  • NeilHough7 Neil Hough (@NeilHough7) reported

@AskNationwide I want to transfer to a bank that cares this bank takes your money and don’t even open you’re account can any one help with a solicitor

  • nlieck Norbert Lieckfeldt 💙 (@nlieck) reported

@AskNationwide In that case I'd suggest updating your help page.

@AskNationwide You’re sorry my son wishes to keep his private information (which you need to identify him before the call can continue) private and only ring you after work? Please just have your phone lines open as per your website at 6pm.

  • paulhickman75 Paul Hickman (@paulhickman75) reported

Hi @AskNationwide I’ve sent you a DM about suspect fraud numbers calling me. However I do have some money missing ( only pence ) and a text saying my card is blocked . I hope you can help me with this . I can share the number on here if you like ?

  • BWFC1982 Chris (@BWFC1982) reported

@AskNationwide I do but I don't have access at this moment in time. Can you help me?

  • hollygolitelyy Nicky McDonnell (@hollygolitelyy) reported

@AskNationwide What time do the lines operate to?? I’m working all day

  • andyfenboyed Andy Edwards (@andyfenboyed) reported

@AskNationwide My replacement Debit card arrived today (13 July 2021) letter was dated 1 July 2021, please explain? Also why change card number. Do you have any idea how inconvenient this is now going to be to update payees? I see no evidence to support this “security” measure
