    @AskNationwide I've had an email to say that I've not increased my start to save balance by £25 this month. When I've just checked, I can see that I transferred £25 into it on 1st March. Has the email been sent in error?

    @AskNationwide hi, I tried to use my credit card today and it was refused. I tried online chat but it said it didn't understand. I tried ringing but it said my code that is used to log in was wrong. It works to get into my account. You are my last hope other than snail mail.

    @hashtagfran @AskNationwide My partner is having the exact same problem Fran! They won’t accept the monthly statements downloaded online for our mortgage!
