    @financialombuds please advise. Went into @santanderuk to speak to a lady about a problem with an account switch. She cancelled all my cards,now i cannot transfer to @AskNationwide . Second time they have thrown a roadblock. There is a guarantee that account switch takes 7 days

    @AskNationwide But that process isn't quick enough. While you are taking up to 5 working days my financial stability is unravelling due to failed DDs. It my mortgage, home insurance, council tax, credit cards and mobile phone bill. Terrible service

    @AskNationwide A complaint gas been raised but that takes 5 working days to get a response. In the meantime I have failed DDs abs incurring default notice charges and putting my interest free rates at risk as it appears I am not payi g my bills. Had absolutely no response from the switch team

    @AskNationwide I’ve just signed up for a joint account with my partner. I already have a flex account and savings account with you and have online banking set up. I’ve been given a new customer number for the new account but will I be able to add it to my existing online banking?

    @AskNationwide How long should it take for a replacement card to arrive? It shows up in my cards in the app but isn't physically here after 7 working days.

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    Well @EGX never bothered to get in touch with me about tickets so I emailed them requesting a refund after the ripoff that it was, they refused so I tried @AskNationwide and they can't give me a refund either I'm down £76.50 for an event that wasn't sold as advertised 1/2

    @AskNationwide totally appalled by the switching service. It's failed and our financial stability has been totally put at risk by Nationwide's faceless service. My DD are failing and in the meantime no accountability from the switch team
