@lushvikki @AskNationwide It's clear on every bank switching incentive you have to do a full switch and let the new bank close your account. I've switched banks 6 times to get an incentive and had no problems. My last switch was to Nationwide and everything went OK. Full switch = £200

@iglooRegen @AskNationwide @_John_Long As you know I bought a property from you in Newcastle and year later are still experiencing structural problems as are around 30 percent of buyers. Can you please confirm from latest email, that the downstairs WC being outside temps is going to be investigated please?

@AskNationwide You have the infrastructure to be the 'People's Bank' to keep cash, cheques and high street presence - to be a portal for Government funding to support UK business and get the current banking system and City gamblers out of our economy for good.

@AskNationwide It's fine I've finally got through but not a great experience. I called twice from 10.30pm til 2am this morning. Then from after 6am holding for 3 hours. Not good at all for an emergency service

@AskNationwide Hmm, what would help with cost of living for older borrowers? I know, letting them have access to the same prime mortgages as younger borrowers, with cheaper interest charges.

@AskNationwide hi, can I opt out of using a card reader to send money from my current account? I’ve just switched to you and it’s a big backward step and makes sending money in the go impossible.

@AskNationwide I would buy online but not getting the one time codes on credit card to buy anything. Customer help are anything but helpful. Details are right so there’s “no problem” going to have to go elsewhere

@AskNationwide Outstanding Customer Service from Eden at the Bromley, Kent branch today. I realised my cards had been stolen very shortly after my last transaction - Eden immediately helped me to cancel my card, order a new one and she even helped with the other card - Gold Star

@AskNationwide I've just deposited money into the ATM at your pocklington branch. The ATM has accepted the envelope but then said dispenser error and has now swallowed the money I've deposited. What do I do to get this back?
