Ryan Gerrard (@RyanLGerrard) reported@AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.

daisy macvicar (@daisy_macvicar) reported@AskNationwide I’ve tried to change my address on my account multiple times but it keeps saying there’s a service issue. I don’t stay at the address that’s on my account but I have received letters to my current address

the pompey pope (@thePompeyPope) reported@AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

Z 💬 (@ZC1337) reported@AskNationwide why are your services down? I’m trying to pay my rent and you’re not available to take my call to assist me. Not helpful!

Helairmike (@helairmike) reported@AskNationwide complete disconnect between Nationwide travel insurance and their provider Aviva . It used to be simple but now it’s Aviva it’s impossible. Absolute nightmare trying to get hold of travel insurance documents and having paid £120 + premium

Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?
