    @AskNationwide @leanneram88 My daughter is having the same issue trying to send me money on the app. It's just really laggy and works up until the final 'Make payment button' when it says 'There was a problem with the transaction'. She's going to give it a while and then try again.

    @AskNationwide Hi Emma no. Via the app on my mobile when hitting next there is no new page the next page you have to scroll down the screen and across to the right. However you then cannot complete anything further. Via any browser once the 1st page is complete no new page appears

    @AskNationwide I recently made atm request to get my £20 back after atm didn’t dispense it. 2 days later, still no refund. But I’m currently at work and got email saying I’ve had secure message, I can’t access it right now. So what is this Msg for and where is my £20?

    @AskNationwide Nope cus I've never had issues before. It has now worked but I think you had some issues with your service as I could transfer between my own accounts fine.
