    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I am awaiting release of a fuel preauthorisation amount after 5 working days. I cannot get through by phone and have had no luck using the banking app. Please release these funds.

    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide The debit card was cancelled without me reporting it to be lost or stolen. Now I have been blocked and can't access my money which I need. I reached out on chat and phone, but my issue is still not resolved.

    @AskNationwide I totally understand the terrible situation but I badly need to know how much interest I have got on my savings accounts it maybe none but I need to know I am restricted phyisically so cannnot get to a branch I have tried phoning
