    @AskNationwide But you ensure the base rate change DOESNT have any impact on savers by not passing it on. You’re no better than the energy companies, rake in additional profits while the customer suffers.

    @katebevan @AskNationwide I was considering an experiment, where I ring HSBC, am placed on hold, then get into my car, drive to nearest branch - next borough along - park, pay, walk to branch, queue and see whether the problem is sorted before I finally get speak to someone on the phone.

    @AskNationwide Whilst I understand your desire to protect people, you shouldn’t block payments to places that are legal. This is a form of fascism, please reconsider.
