@AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

@AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

@ELSL96 @AskNationwide Yeah I know! Happened to me the last 3 months. I’m leaving them after today. Why lie to customers? Just say there is a problem so people can sort things out! It’s disgraceful! But not at all surprising from a bank that doesn’t put stock in customer service!

When you're a former cyber security researcher who focused on bank Trojans and phishing scams and your online bank payment is refused 😨 Hacked? I would take that as a personal insult But no, it seems @AskNationwide have problems, but online payments should work? #CyberSecurity

@AskNationwide Also just got confirmation from @StarlingBank that there are no payment problems. Yet untold tweeting you guys. Call me sherlock, but I’d say you have another problem and lying to customers for hours on end isn’t going to do anything but make you lot like even more at fault!
