Nope (@No_name_on_twit) reported@AskNationwide This is just not true. We called the branch and were told that if she goes there they can only set up a call with the number you gave They cannot help with mortgages direct.

Nope (@No_name_on_twit) reported@AskNationwide Would not recommend using the Nationwide direct for a mortgage. Problems caused by their own IT system have held up the application which are having a knock-on effect with the process. No real help from the helpline. Rubbish
