    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    Don’t ever ever bank with @AskNationwide they accuse you of lying when they they actually had an issue with faster payments not working on the 28th February !!! Then they question you on how or why you manage your money !!! @SkyNews needs to investigate !!!!!!!

    @AskNationwide Yes the card details are stored on the BPme app, sometimes I am prompted to open my Nationwide app to confirm the BPme transaction but it still fails. It’s not a new card, no. Thanks for any help.

    @AskNationwide very unhelpful attitude at your branch in Orpington today when one of your employees refused to certify a copy of my driving licence “because you are a building society and not a bank”. Too many blunders lately. You’re about to lose a customer.

    @AskNationwide @Lukepiewalker Hi Luke. I’ve fed this back to nationwide too. The Twitter team (always helpful) directed me to their phone number but options 2-1-2 to follow up on your mortgage application don’t work those hours and you’re instructed to call back in normal working hours
