@AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

@AskNationwide From Bad to worse. Again I have been on "hold" for an inordinate amount of time today. I am on "hold" now with little prospect of being connected before once again the call is purged at 18.00 or sooner. This is no service. It is terrible. Imagine if a customer was desperate...

@AskNationwide my card is being declined for no reason, tried calling the helpline which is apparently open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm (it's 10:20am) but it says the lines are closed, you'd think I'd be able to get help with the account that has all my money in it, but apparently not
