@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I am awaiting release of a fuel preauthorisation amount after 5 working days. I cannot get through by phone and have had no luck using the banking app. Please release these funds.

Why is it that @AskNationwide needs a card reader in 2025? Even on mobile when I have to use my fingerprint twice to login to my phone and then the app 🙃

@AskNationwide Away from home. Needed to pay a bill for services. Nationwide app didn’t accept new payee without card reader. Used Halifax app- no issues- accepted my biometrics when I logged in. Now Nationwide app won’t allow a transfer to replace money in Halifax! Useless Nationwide app!
