Nicole Sage (@Nicolelsage) reported@anujmor @AskNationwide Terrible, the DOV was going to be around 14K mark for me - I was lucky my solicitor actually suggested offering one as I’d never heard of such a thing, a good solicitor wouldn’t allow an indemnity for a purchaser to go through really as the problem gets inherited
