@AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

@AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

@AskNationwide Thanks. Unfortunately not. Are there any active plans to retire these, or at least introduce modern alternatives? I can think of no reason that you need this for a logged in customer changing an existing standing order, it just makes it needlessly difficult to get things done.

@AskNationwide Why have I received 9 (nine) letters telling me that I cancelled 1 (one) savings account (paperless)? Why don’t you trust email / your own website to tell me this information? Your obsession with a perceived “lack of security” on the internet belongs in 1980.
