@AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

@AskNationwide 1/2 I challenge the ‘here to help’ for the second time in a few months, a limited term account is closing. The do nothing simple option is for any savings to end up in a 0.5% account, not the best, maybe on of the 2 or 3%. It seems nigh on impossible to do online and in advance.

2nd time @AskNationwide in the past month. Unbelievable SLOW service, neither self service machine working today, 4 staff wandering about attempting to look busy. 2 staff behind counter talking to customers about their life stories. Speed up please.

@AskNationwide Is there a reason you don't support sending mortgage correspondence electronically? Apart from saving postage and paper, I'd find out things sooner and not have to spend ages scanning them in to keep them. Option to get electronic letters ASWELL would also help.

@AskNationwide as you are removing paym functionality next year will you be replacing it with a user friendly way to pay someone new? Maybe removing the card reader requirement for regular transfers like most other banks not working in 1995?
