    @AskNationwide Trying to do it via the app. Go through your horrendous process of typing all the details in. The Id check of the other account fails, but try and continue anyway. Do the whole 90s card reader thing. Go to send the payment and the. It fails and says try later. Not working at all

    @AskNationwide are Nationwide aware what poor service their customers are receiving from @TheAA_UK? 6 days since reporting, car still not collected. Poor comms misinformation and an organisational disregard for customers? Doesn't seem to sit with Nationwide's customer philosophy.

    Worst customer services ever from @lifestyleservicesgroup @AskNationwide should be questioning their service provider for mobile phone cover. Shocking. Missing air pods. No accountability and shoddy phone repair aswell.

    @AskNationwide Yes and they transerfed me to the dispute team who hung up on me again so I'm not happy with the service at all I'm definitely going to be taking this further no if no buts enough is enough

    @AskNationwide Just the ones you pay for. It is OK with my Samsung tablet. It was OK with my last debit card. It is only a problem with t ng e new card (where the CV number is in white on a black panel). I am going to have to zap my Note20 as may have caught a bug.
