    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I am awaiting release of a fuel preauthorisation amount after 5 working days. I cannot get through by phone and have had no luck using the banking app. Please release these funds.

    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide Oh, that's frustrating. We don't get a full switch, only a partial one. I'll have to phone tomorrow. Thanks for sticking with it, Kyle. You really should try to get the ability to see images, I think it would help.

    @AskNationwide I have. I was told the company has been removed from my block list and yet I still can't make a payment. Just been on the phone and the lady said the visa team closed at 5, so can't sort it now
