    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I am awaiting release of a fuel preauthorisation amount after 5 working days. I cannot get through by phone and have had no luck using the banking app. Please release these funds.

    @AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide It would help to share your policy with your valuers that EWS1 is only needed in low-rise buildings with significant safety concerns, as otherwise they routinely ask for them, giving you a loophole. They don't understand that EWS1 is remains unavailable in many low-rise blocks

    Absolutely fed up with the awful customer service from @AskNationwide What has happened to them? The mortgage process is stressful enough without awful service on top of that. I need someone to call me asap. Fed up with being cut off!

    @AskNationwide down to fraud on my account and they have refused my refund which is out my disability and they have no right as this is my money, they have left me in a terrible mess.

    @AskNationwide I pay into the same credit card every month from the same ******* card so why ******** do I need to verify. Who ******* else will pay into my ******* credit card from my ******* bank card. #idiots

    @AskNationwide “highly competitive” 0.80 percent AER for 12 months. Is this a joke? No increase for junior isa savings. I’m off to @chase_uk 1.5% easy access. Tesco 2.25% junior.
