    Went to local @AskNationwide on Friday to change name on accounts to married name. The guy I spoke to was super helpful and sorted everything really quickly. Just received request to complete a survey to feedback on service but this wasn’t an option. But service was great #Hull

    @AskNationwide FRIDAY morning. Have also phoned the number provided (01793653411) 7 times and sent numerous texts. No answer and no response! In the mean time account remains blocked with NO ONE at Nationwide willing or able to help @TonyParry17 #shitservice

    @AskNationwide Also notifications might not stop triggering alerts but if you then know and expect that card to be used in a different country you wouldn't then need to block a card? Too simple maybe?

    A warning...do NOT ever switch to Nationwide. They are a bunch of incompetent people with systems in place that are beyond archaic. Customer service is non existent. @AskNationwide @NationwidePress

    @Charlot11085585 I feel your pain … it cost me £25,000 to fix a 20 year doubling gr last year because @AskNationwide would not lend to my buyer. The STUPID thing is @AskNationwide lent me £118,000 10 years earlier to buy the bloody flat !!! THEY ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE DOUBLING GR!! 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
