@AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I am awaiting release of a fuel preauthorisation amount after 5 working days. I cannot get through by phone and have had no luck using the banking app. Please release these funds.

@AskNationwide Thanks, seems to be sorted now. Will let you know if problem happens again. Must say, a courtesy email or phone call warning me of a sudden change in bank card would have been nice.

@AskNationwide Another service delivery failure by nationwide. Do you know the impacts/ effects you cause on someone's wellbeing? Failed to authorize the transaction causing the child to be stranded in a foreign country. The after withholding the funds
