    @AskNationwide hi both my partner and I have not been able to log in using the app for 4 days now. We can log in through the website. We don’t have any joint accts both iPhone 12 users up to date on software updates

    @AskNationwide with the payments issue, I am due to be paid tomorrow with some money due to go out via direct debits. If the issue has not been resolved, I will end up in my overdraft. Please can you confirm that I will not be charged for going into my overdraft?

    @AskNationwide Q1. Am I right in my understanding that everything is working again now but you just have the backlog to get through which is going to take several hours? Q2. Did you try turning it off and on again?

Today has been a nightmare I feel like a rubbish mum for putting us in this position I know lots will think that, but the few like you that didn’t judge & just wanted to help, made it feel like a rainbow was bursting through a storm x

    @Nick_fernley @mistry_bhaven @AskNationwide I’m sure that a reputable and sizeable building society such as Nationwide should have the sufficient amount of resources to immediately fix a serious problem such as this which impacts a lot of people, especially so close to Christmas. FYI the issue is still unresolved.

    @AskNationwide Why are you responses contradicting what your website is saying? Currently NO payments accepted into Nationwide Accs (includes salaries/wages, pensions, BACS). Also saying it will not be sorted until 4th January when staff return from holiday 😡
