The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

Carl (@uncle_carl1) reported@AskNationwide So far your online service has required me to log in five times in ten minutes, won't allow me to convert my account and has a broken link to the page where I'm supposed to be able to . Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?
