  @AskNationwide Tryint to transfer money on app and being asked to use card reader. I have never had a card reader on my account. Is this the same IT update error which happened a few months ago. When is this being fixed?

  @AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

  @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡
