@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

@AskNationwide To register PoA (two attorneys) over a relative’s accounts, your website says we can do this in a branch or by post, but that if it’s by post we may still be asked to come to the branch. Would all three of us need to be present? It’s tricky when the donor is frail.

@AskNationwide Hi cant use the mobile app - keeps complaining that there is a technical error and to restart App. I've checked the service status and it's all Green. Thankfully via PC website works fine
