@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

@Nicolef1Penney @AskNationwide I dont buy this queuing crap. When it's working we all arent in a que . There are thousands of instant transactions. If we're in a que it'll take forever . Its unacceptable. What kind of error happened. Ffs . I just cant even begin 2 deal with this crap

@AskNationwide @mistry_bhaven So many people complaining about Nationwide and “switching banks” I mean what happens when the bank you switch to has a similar problem? Old saying, “Fix the problem, not the blame”
