@AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

Witnessed 2day absolutely degrading treatment of a customer at @AskNationwide Disabled people shouldn’t be asked to justify 3 times by different members of staff that they are disabled just to ask 4 an accessibility card reader & to justify it as company policy #Disgracein2022

@AskNationwide @ColeMoores Has there been proof that not using a card reader (a la HSBC, Santander etc) have had fraudsters log in and transferring money? They all use OTP and Fingerprint security because, you know, its 2022. When are you phasing this old-tech out?

Disappointed in your customer service @AskNationwide - phoned (member for 35+ yrs) to request a form be posted to me as I couldn't print it & am 50 miles from a branch. With some reluctance your CSA agreed but over 2 weeks later - nothing. And I can't message you online any more!
