    Maybe if @AskNationwide actually told its members what the issues are being caused by instead of providing the same copy paste answer, people would be a lot more understanding.

    @AskNationwide how is the 1 year triple fix limited saving a worse rate this year than last? 2.5% is poor when I can get a flexi saver at 2.8%

    @AskNationwide As a single parent who works for the NHS, having had £3000 taken out my account just before Xmas (in error or as fraud - who knows as no one will actually speak to me @TUIUK) I am so grateful.
