@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide It is now the 12th and Nationwide are unable to answer a simple question as to why i can't buy a bond from them as a life long customer but can via a third party and pay their fees. Truly horrific customer service

@AskNationwide No Diane no it’s not , my account is still waiting to show money paid in and money going out , I’m waiting for a transaction to appear that I know has been paid because the customer has shown me proof, and why does this keep happening?

@AskNationwide could you explain why after yesterdays banking issues my account is not showing invoices paid or money out when I have proof of this being paid from my regular customer , I don’t enjoy having to chase invoices to find out it’s your mess again that’s the issue ,
