@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide I am having issues logging in to Internet bank, I am waiting for welcome letter but I have my customer number, it just tells me I cannot access currently the account is still being looked over.its been a week

@AskNationwide Still having problems with the "spare change" banner that keeps appearing at the top of the page if my Flex account (android phone - NW APP) I switch it off - it disappears. I exit the app - it reappears. Frustrating.

Dear @JustEatUK and @AskNationwide, my partner’s JustEat account was hacked and a fraudulent purchase was made, much to her horror. Nationwide says, this is a problem for JustEat; JustEat says it’s Nationwide’s problem. Either of you want to step up and help get her money back?
