Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.

I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail

NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People donโt have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!
