    @AskNationwide is there any current issues with mobile banking as says can’t change details at the moment and tried logging into my mobile banking using card reader it said my pin was incorrect which it was not and now it’s pin lock my card when was not even my fault

    What a PITA @AskNationwide can’t even close account due to ‘technical’ issues. Just close my account! Can’t transfer to money out as I was never sent a card reader!

    @AskNationwide My mum doesn't know what is best for her and doesn't want to sign over power of attorney as she doesn't understand she is mentally incapacitated. A mentally incapacitated person cannot sign over power of attorney it is a court decision which doesn't help us in the here and now.

    @AskNationwide is it normal that I’m seeing some services down at the minute? I was thinking of applying for an overdraft but can’t get onto the page on the app/internet bank.

    @MartinSLewis @AskNationwide can't get past the overdraft part of the form to swap to flex direct. Tried half a dozen plus times, error then sends you back to beginning of the form. Aargh
