As soon as I have it confirmed my pay has gone in, I am switching away from @AskNationwide - this is really poor this close to Christmas and they haven't even explained the issue or mentioned it on their tweets (let alone website!)

@AskNationwide I am waiting for a transfer I made this morning to come through so I can pay my rent which is causing issues off my landlord. I will be emptying and closing my account at the first instance.
