    @AskNationwide Trying to make a card payment but getting the message "The Authorisation has been declined by the bank. Please try a different card." All details are correct (2 previous transactions worked) & tried approving via the app & card reader but neither working, any idea?

    @AskNationwide why are you not telling people you have issues with payments? If you sent a notice out to customers via text when you have these issues we would know not to use our cards - telling people there are no issues when a lot of people can’t use their cards is total joke

    @AskNationwide Manage to close my 1Y TRIPLE ACCESS ONLINE SAVER 12 account and transferred all my money to my 1Y Triple Access Online Saver 13 account, thank you for your help but when I enquired at another branch nothing was said to me about how to close and how much money I could move.

    @AskNationwide I tried that but I don’t have all morning to sit on the phone.... plenty In the account and others seem to be having issues to.... with one reporting they’d been told of a wider issue...

    @AskNationwide I have done chat. They have confirmed there IS a wider issue, no issue with my specific card. Perhaps you'd better check with them before telling people there no issue or their card is blocked.

    @AskNationwide There isn't a block on my card when there are lots of people tweeting about not being able to use their cards right now! Nationwide ruining everyone's payments once again

    @AskNationwide amy issues with outgoing payments. Tesco have been unable to process my home delivery payment and I have adequate money in my account. Lady reported a number of declined payments today. Thanks

    @AskNationwide I tried to close my 1Y TRIPLE ACCESS ONLINE SAVER 12 and send the money it to my new 1Y TRIPLE ACCESS ONLINE SAVER 13 but when I got to send the money it said there was a technical problem, I tried 4 times to do it but each time the same result.

    @AskNationwide @Helencowles1 This is an utter lie. I’ve just been blocked from transferring money to Revolut and booking through eurotunnel and you’ve confirmed on the online chat that there are payment issues so why on Earth are you telling people it’s not your issue???
