@AskNationwide My payment has never been later than 00:15 arriving in my account, and the volume of tweets about this suggest there is a problem. I have bills that I've stayed up late to pay tonight, I'm just going yo have to hope it's there and I have enough electric on the meter to find out.

@AskNationwide are the worse bank! Do not bank with them unless you want your money frozen from you! Basically control your finances! Froze my bank Monday with my children money in it and won’t give me a reason or slow me their money! #thiefs #scam #sick

@AskNationwide It's fine I've finally got through but not a great experience. I called twice from 10.30pm til 2am this morning. Then from after 6am holding for 3 hours. Not good at all for an emergency service

@AskNationwide I would buy online but not getting the one time codes on credit card to buy anything. Customer help are anything but helpful. Details are right so there’s “no problem” going to have to go elsewhere
