@AskNationwide we've made some transfers between our nationwide accounts but they aren't showing as transactions. The balances are correct but the transactions are missing. Is there a known issue and when will this be resolved please? Thank you

@AskNationwide Thank you. It's been happening for around 5-6 weeks now each time we do our weekly shop. There's no problem with funds/when we've asked at @asda customer services they can't give an explanation. Do you want me to call as it happens as that would cause further embarrassment?

@AskNationwide Poor customer service. You have my money in one account. What is the issue? I took the required form printed out ready to be signed, my passport and a printed copy of passport. They literally need to sign the form and stamp the passport copy. It would take 5 mins. Job done 😕

@AskNationwide Hi Mike! I’m going to have to call … again, when I’m in the UK. It’s is ridiculous that I was told I had frozen my own card when I told the advisor I hadn’t, even the app said I didn’t although she was telling me I’m wrong . Every time I’m on holiday- problem!
