@AskNationwide can’t believe you have the same issues now regarding delays to payments, as you did when I first joined 7 years ago! Absolute shambles of an app and extremely poor customer service, sort it out!

@AskNationwide Mine & my partner's salaries both went in this morning without issue, DDs went out fine though there was a delay of 3 hours with some manual transfers to other accounts. Your tech guys need to look into why some inbound payments were unaffected but others were as a starting point

@AskNationwide Cannot believe this is happening again. There's only so long loyal customers will stay here, there's a serious issue with how frequently this is happening. Will @AskNationwide be compensating their customers for this day-long outage? I have lost 3 sales today due to this.

@AskNationwide thankfully my pay has come through but I’m waiting for my money to go from my current account to my joint account. Is there still an issue? My text said I’ll try vain at 14.30pm but nothing has come through.
