    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    Shocking from @AskNationwide yet again. Payments not going into my account again, seemingly a universal problem, and they’re only giving vague, useless replies that help no one. Avoid like the plague, an absolute joke.

    @MNicholls85 @AskNationwide They’re struggling to accept there is an issue. I highly doubt any other banks customers have a faster payment system which takes over 2 hours to receive the money.

    @AskNationwide @CloeMorgan6 Why are you guys denying there's a problem when hundreds of people have reported issues in the last few hours on down detector and a lot of tweets on here. Come on guys sort it out its xmas eve tomorrow people need their money! Yes I have the same problem!
