Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@KathRella @AskNationwide I do remember when parts of the media were eagerly reporting on chargebacks, almost as a 'how-to' guide for screwing adult businesses. Of course, the industry has hardly helped itself over the years, especially in the UK where fleecing the customer used to be standard procedure.

@AskNationwide This makes no sense. If appointments were available in branch, you’d be allocated a time & date as opposed to waiting in excess of an hour on hold via the telephone. Not ideal for people working or like me, with a young family at home.

Been a customer for over 20 years and I'll certainly be going elsewhere if I can find a deal even 0.01% lower

@AskNationwide does anyone there actually work? Like as in actually complete a task that's assigned them, by a customer. You are causing unwarranted stress by not doing a simple job and releasing funds when you've previously stated you've sent a cheque when you obviously haven't.

@AskNationwide yes, it's for the mortgage team. There's no queue notification though or option to request a callback, just straight to hold with zero human interaction or any idea of what's going on being given. It's now been an hour and a half and I'm still on hold. I'm not a new customer
