@AskNationwide I can still use the website… hmmm your website is not letting me make payments… what the hell is going on with Nationwide!!! Error error error.

@AskNationwide Nationwide was the first lender to decide that ground rent over £250 a year is onerous. Other lenders have followed suit. The government may eventually help existing leaseholders but we desperately need to sell & have buyers who want to buy but no one will lend. Help appreciated.

@AskNationwide Is there an issue with the nationwide app? I couldnt access it (internet connection ok), I updated it, still the same now I've deleted to reinstall and it's saying 'cannot be installed' 😳

@AskNationwide And no option for a callback - that’s kind of a standard service feature is it not these days?

@AskNationwide Yes... those are the humans I was referring to. Been weeks trying to pull equity online and successful and there's constantly glitches in your system. Advisors then ringing to say the figures aren't correct, issues after issue. Someone higher up needs to deal with it.

  • BRM1286
    B Marshall (@BRM1286) reported

@AskNationwide @csb1985 Multiple times. You have an online system that allows (in fact actively encouraged "Did you know we can lend you more") beyond 90% LTV. The system has broken 3x. No human advisor can key in an offer beyond 90%. Formal complaint was raised today

@AskNationwide is there a tel number to speak to someone about life insurance? Numbers quoted online incl member discount more than with broker without apparent discount, member discount mentioned on nationwide website appears to be fake.

@AskNationwide With reference to your new triple access online saver paying 0.7%. I opened this account 5 months ago at a rate of 0.45%. Will I be receiving this increased interest rate or have you found a way to avoid paying the increase to members that already have the account?

@AskNationwide Tried 3 times to transfer some money from one of my accounts to another and once again there seems to be a technical problem, not very good as it's an on line account.
