    Went to local @AskNationwide on Friday to change name on accounts to married name. The guy I spoke to was super helpful and sorted everything really quickly. Just received request to complete a survey to feedback on service but this wasn’t an option. But service was great #Hull

    @AskNationwide Tried to get help yesterday but it seems your customer service has just disintegrated. No longer able to email, no longer able to easily notify you of things, now stuck with just a very unhelpful impersonal chat service!

    @AskNationwide Also notifications might not stop triggering alerts but if you then know and expect that card to be used in a different country you wouldn't then need to block a card? Too simple maybe?

    @AskNationwide Thanks. I appreciate your help however on our return will be writing to Joe Garner to explain why I am transferring all of our accounts elsewhere due to Nationwide no longer being the forward thinking customer focused bank it used to be. So sad. Thank you again.
