    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @Barclaycard Why would we do that after 20 years free of Barcleys problems. We are so pleased to be with @AskNationwide ever since with very few problems when we had resolved in 24 hours.

    @AskNationwide The transactions need to be in a computer readable format (csv). This specific format is required so it can be imported into excel/access or any other computer application. PDF won't work because it is not formatted in a computer readable way. Any alternatives @AskNationwide ?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide you sound just as bad as most other organisations when it comes to customer service (call wait times of 2hrs?!) wow. Plus, your damn HMRC TV ad reminds us every time of HMRC demands for backdated child tax credits; along with 1000s of others around the UK.

    @AskNationwide Hi, my mobile banking app is not updating my account balances as soon as I make a transfer! I have to keep logging back in for balances to update. I have re-installed the app and am having the same issues. Same for family members - how can we get this sorted out?

    @AskNationwide Had money sent to my account & can't get access to it, so am stranded, not the first time nationwide has let me down,in fact it's quite often worst bank in the UK by far, i will be ending everything with them on Monday morning, would close my account now but as usual it dont work

    @AskNationwide Sally, this is no help because it’s 1-2 hours wait and you get cut off. I don’t have all that time to wait for every time the bank makes an error. All my payees are in duplicate and some have already been paid twice today.
