    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @AskNationwide I have tried to ring your 24/7 emergency line but have been told the lines are closed twice now. I transferred funds in branch today to pay bills and like a fool did not check the money has gone across. It hasn’t so I need to find out where it is, can anyone help?

    @BuiltPlace I see they revised last months figure down from 2.1% to 2.0%, otherwise that 0.1% would have been 0% The @AskNationwide has lost their way. 0.1% savings rate and inflation at 5% and they claim to be a mutual, what a bunch of nasty &&&&&&&s

    @AskNationwide Always close completely. Spoke to one of your colleagues on Mon and they tried various things, nothing worked. Suggest I reformat but have seen reports of similar issues. Apple techs say it is the app.

    What a shambolic exercise with my @AskNationwide 'Member Exclusive ISA'. 5⃣ months to make a simple "15 working days" ISA transfer in. No bonus. Complaint unanswered. Bet "Nationwide for you" wont rush to publish my "savings story"! #StillNoEndInSight @MoneySavingExp @thisismoney
