Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide Hi, I’m ok w your website. I’m sharing this so you devs can get ready. Maybe it’s a bug on apple side that will get fixed soon, or maybe the issue will still be there when 15.1 gets released… and then you have a problem. Much better to investigate now.

@AskNationwide This issue is beyond a joke now. It’s been weeks, I get I’m using a Beta, buts it only a incremental one, so there are no significant changes, just bug fixes. If by the end of the day I still can’t access my account, it’ll be getting closed tomorrow. Your choice!

@AskNationwide has taken my direct debit twice. After contacting them they promised to not do it again, but they are not refunding me the double payment. Quick to take your money, nowhere when you need them to fix their error. #badservice
