    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @hillsy @AskNationwide In Germany, there's Kelber's Law - "Whenever something reasonable is claimed to be impossible due to data protection reasons, it is NOT due to data protection reasons." There should be a similar law for IT security, I think. (U. Kelber is the federal data protection commissioner)

    @AskNationwide How do I change my flex plus account to a flex account using the APP? Also I have tried visiting your website outside of the APP and it says the link isn't working?

    @GCHQ @CIA @AskNationwide I know for a fact that the Nationwide app does this, I updated to iOS 14 which shows when an app has pasted from your clipboard and it did where does it go? Some government AWS server? No such thing as privacy anymore is there. You can read our thoughts.

    @AskNationwide I have been trying to put money into my flex instant saver account. however, every time i try and put an amount in it says “your money has not been transferred. the maximum you can pay into your savings account at present is £0.00”. how do i fix this? thank you.

    @AskNationwide Here to help? - yes this would be good if one could contact you. You are giving opening times online but when visiting I have found the bank closed. You are impossible to reach on the telephone - you just give a message and then end the call. NOT GOOD ENOUGH GET BACK TO WORK!

    @AskNationwide I need you to help me now, immediately please. I am prevented from doing anything on the nationwide app, it tells me I can't access it for 25 mins. You have disappeared. I want my money.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I’ve got a fixed ISA account which doesn’t mature until March 2023, however I’m looking to get a mortgage and put down a deposit this year. How would I go about opening my account (aware of the charge I would incur)

    @AskNationwide help! British airways have taken £660 from my bank, I can't get hold of anyone from there, and Nationwide don't have there call centres open, am I going to just have to wait till tomorrow to try and get my money back?
