Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide When did Nationwide become impossible to speak to or message or otherwise contact? Your payments system is not working as of 6pm on Friday 7 Nov 2025. You send us to the website which gaslights us by saying all is fine. Your phone wait is almost an hour. Useless!

@AskNationwide customer for 20/25 years, I move money around constantly. Today being asked for a card reader which I dont have & never had so can't move MY money. Are we back in the 90s? Why are you suddenly asking for this? Rang, got told website would allow, it doesn't 😡😡

@RevolutApp @AskNationwide I transferred £200 from my nationwide account to Revolut on 18th October. Between the two of you it’s been lost. I’m left out of pocket and trying to get answers out of both of your god awful customer service teams. 20 working days?! WTF
