    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide New customer query. Have I got to use a card reader every time I make an online payment? It's a bit last century.

    @AskNationwide Are you unwilling to even accept that there might be a better way to help customers, & perhaps take the suggestion that sometimes your customers don't carry the card reader with them everywhere? Be nice if @AskNationwide could improve things for customers

    @AskNationwide is your online banking app down? As I can’t access info on one of the accounts. Won’t let me click on it and open it like usual but works for my other account on there
