They blocked my debit card while trying to purchase groceries (unusual spending) & couldn't unblock it. Told to go into branch 100 miles away with a passport. Moved to HSBC ๐

A self-employed mortgage customer for over eight years - went to remortgage, got declined and a CIFAS (fraud marker) out against my name making me totally unlendable. Devestated my credit. Totally unhelpful.
