    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    @AskNationwide Shocking, banks shutting down high street branches as “online” works 24 hours. Well clearly it doesn’t. Perhaps the banks now that they reinforced their balance sheets can start reopening branches on the high street and connect properly with customers again?

    @AskNationwide Really should not have taken until 34 minutes ago to tweet and pin this. Also no new information? I understand these things happen but a lot of very worried customers deserve relevant and meaningful updates. Not the problem but the lack of info is enough to make me switch banks

    @AskNationwide @Jennife50593183 So a family member has transferred money into my account today, to help with the food shop. Obviously My bank account is still empty, can I go into the bank to get this money out? @AskNationwide as I need it urgently!!

    FYI, just spoke to @AskNationwide on the phone after 6 hours trying. They can’t do anything, my payment going in has been rejected and it’s going to take up to 5 working days for the company who paid me to try again. So that’s Christmas ruined… they can’t do anything about it.

    @Rich32938759 @JasontjBaker @AskNationwide You have left me and my family completely desperate! We have no help! No food no electric I’m devastated currently sat a neighbours with my 4 children in the hope it’s fixed ASAP,I’m an unfortunate or that has no family or no emergency funds!
