@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide This is just unacceptable, you have these issues every couple of months, as soon as the money I have with you locked up in fixed terms savings opens back up, be switching my current account and savings accounts elsewhere.

@solitaryrainbow @monzo @AskNationwide Same here. With nationwide I had to go in but Monzo was instant in app. And every time I’ve contacted Monzo their help has been great. With Nationwide I’ve had to either go in or sit on a phone queue for ages to get through. Some Nationwide stuff is great too tho so it’s a mix.

@AskNationwide I am very annoyed with your service this morning. Sent money to transferwise on sat but still not arrived. My rate on #transferwise is only guaranteed until 6 this evening. I will now suffer a lower rate on my transfer. Will you be making up the difference?
