@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide I didn't have an issue logging in. Actually, I logged into my online banking just now and things seemed to be working normal again. I have no idea why, but thank you for your help anyway!

@AskNationwide Honestly, there’s no point. You literally can’t provide ANY service I need, even when I’ve SECURELY contacted you through the nationwide mobile app both over the phone and live chat. Pathetic. A complaint will be logged in branch and it will be getting took to the ombudsmen.

@AskNationwide this is now the 3rd time since Friday I’ve had a notification saying there’s issues with payments, my account isn’t available or there’s delays. What’s going on? Payments have been taken out of my account clearly debited and merchants are saying they haven’t had

@AskNationwide Yes, but it won't help me pay my mortgage, will it? The money is gone from my account and no one seems to know what to do. People representing the same bank telling me different strategies. I would strongly advise friends to avoid your bank.
