@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

Just phoned @AskNationwide to ask about their green mortgage for green home improvements. The CSA spoke over me, basically looked online and read the info out on the website. Have they not been trained in this. Was also told I couldn't do any face to appoitments.

@AskNationwide I urgently require a Help to Buy Isa Statement and have been advised you do not do online statements and only the branch can provide a paper copy. However I am unable contact via phone despite being open nor travel to your Aberdeen Branch. Can you advise?

@AskNationwide Yes - and I’ve tried online and you get through to nearly the end and the ‘Next’ button isn’t highlighted to carry on. Various devices, none working. Please help!
