  • doubledutch13 John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland

@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

  • 44dbarc David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

  • 44dbarc David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

  • doubledutch13 John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland

@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

  • doubledutch13 John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland

@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide can you block future payments to a specific company? #impulsespender when having #manicepisode through #bipolardisorder leaving me in dire straits

@AskNationwide I read that you are providing £60 to customers who were affected by your outage on 4 January. I was affected when money that was transferred from another bank to my Nationwide account was queued. I needed that transaction urgently. Am I due £60 compensation?

  • _VTaylor Victoria Taylor (@_VTaylor) reported

@AskNationwide About you giving customers £60 to those who were affected after the outage but only on January 4, so forgetting your customers who had the issue in December!

  • newman0608 Jaimie Newman (@newman0608) reported

@AskNationwide is there a problem with you app, I am unable to log in. Husband is also unable to log in.

  • AdrianParsley Adrian Parsley (@AdrianParsley) reported

@AskNationwide Unfortunately as it wasn’t direct debits i imagine you’ll say no. All i wanted was access to my money when i needed it, ended up having to ask my mother in law to pay it…. Guess what? She couldn’t… Nationwide too!

  • ririsfolklore owen #freekesha (@ririsfolklore) reported

@AskNationwide please can you check your dms from me? i was affected by the outage on january 4th 🤍

  • ChriThor Chris Thornett ✍️ 💻 (@ChriThor) reported

Surprised I haven't heard from you, @AskNationwide, about a £60 apology payment. I was left with £300 stuck in transfer limbo on 21st Dec unable to use my salary in your account and without the money I expected in my daily checking account while you fixed your problems.

  • busybee0502 Steven Mayers (@busybee0502) reported

. @AskNationwide I was affected by the national outage, why am I not in receipt of compensation. You can check for yourself. It was a tiny amount but all I had and I tried to transfer it because I didn't have my card and needed to buy a sugary drunk for a diabetic companion.
