@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide Seriously, its not there. And if its not visible on Chrome there's a problem. I have Chrome set up to work for my requirements - if I have to switch to another browser it raises accessibility issues, apart from general inconvenience. It shouldn't be this hard to talk to my bank

@AskNationwide has anyone reported any app issues to you? I'm a nationwide customer whose got the app and uses Internet banking. Lately every time I make a transfer it keeps saying restarting app. I've checked to see if an update is needed. Its fully updated and I've... 1/2

@AskNationwide She is logged in via the website. She cannot click on the Flex Account and there is no drop down menu like normal. Error message says some functionality is unavailable at the moment, try again later

@AskNationwide I called customer service but they can't access by account due to a block put in December. But my card has been working fine since then. What crazy security is that? Now I can't unblock my card because cust svs can't access it. Time for a new credit card provider?

Logged into @Nationwide and saw message saying NFI Online and MTE will be unavailable from 2pm today, due to maintenance. Which would be great... if I knew what those things are. Can't imagine many do know. IT team with poor customer relations skills, perhaps? @AskNationwide
