    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide Yes, I’m heading to my nearest branch with suitable parking which is a half hour drive. What documents do I need please? I’m an existing customer so are birth certificates sufficient or do I need more? We are paperless so I don’t have recent paper bills or mail addressed to baby

    @AskNationwide @Apple your reply, I have tried the nice route like normal people,unfortunately NBS, very simply with upmost arrogance said they can’t help as it’s your Lifestyle insurance company, their services is dreadful @Trustpilot, thousands unsatisfied customers like me,DM what will be different

    @AskNationwide also, nationwide on call credit card support team is such a poor team firstly they are connecting after half an hour waiting time and once it is connected they disconnected in between . This is happened to me four five times. Need your attention to fix this issue .

    @AskNationwide What’s the point DM an establishment? I just received a call from NWB, what your staff bluntly said: WE CANT DO ANYTHING, not so great service, your service is no difference to The mobile phone company!
