  Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

  @AskNationwide I have recently started getting statements for an ISA account however I was under the impression that I closed down all accounts with yourselves a long time ago. Your AI assistant is asking me to log in to online banking to receive help but I don’t have it to do so

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
