    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide Mel, contacting me via letter is not the issue. It’s actually a complaint that doesn’t need 2 MONTHS to be resolved!? How would you feel if that was you as a customer? It was a fault on your end from the start. If I don’t hear by end of today I will close my account.

    @AskNationwide I have done all this. Our only option is to go to Financial Ombudsman which will take time. Astounding that a huge company isn’t willing to listen or help. Would never recommend to anyone, it has been a nightmare

    @AskNationwide Absolutely fuming that we can no longer access the overpayment we made on our mortgage. £14,180 of our own money which we need. Been through your complaints procedure, still a no. Asked if any other solution available or if anyone else can help, no.

    @AskNationwide really disappointed again,FlexPlus customer pay my monthly fee, going on holiday so filled in my details and my medical conditions and got refused cover, what do you cover for my monthly fee. I’m sure what I have paid over the years would cover me.

    @AskNationwide I've tried that before and been told they cannot discuss individual cases and I have to ring the main number. Much use that is. When will someone care enough to actually do something to resolve this issue?!

    @AskNationwide This is the issue! Every time I've rang on hold for 40 minutes for someone to say there's nothing they can do, should be today, maybe tomorrow. I'm losing all faith this will be resolved in time! It's ridiculous! Also I've rang enough to know they're only open 9-5, not Saturday!

    @AskNationwide Yeahh tried that bit, the next page was saying it was either my account number or sort code that was the problem but they were both definitely correct. I don’t know if this might be the problem, but the account name box Nationwide has doesn’t let me put in the full account name

    @AskNationwide I have a Visa pay at pump pending payment still showing 3 days after I got petrol on 25th. The £20.04 has been debited on 26th and the £79.96 is still showing as a pending payment. That seems a bit long to me. Can you fix it please
