    @AskNationwide good morning, you app is having a technical problem, is there any update on when this will be resolved. Its not my phone as that is working fine as I have done all the necessary resolves and the app is still having tech probs and wont open. Kind regards.

    @AskNationwide Thats why Im trying to go via the non disclosure of their PIN, or access to their entire account. Theyre nearly 90 and disabled. Getting to a branch isnt an option.

Women are often as good or better with tech and software development than men. The problem is NOT your applicants. Its your recruiters, your culture...but its a YOU problem for sure.
