krupal (@krupalb) reportedVery concerned by @AskNationwide handling of my account. Very disappointed with Nationwide. A payment was blocked, no clear reason was given, and my online access was restricted. Because my phone is also locked due to a work-profile issue, I’m left unable to access my banking...
-
James Mesney (@j_mesney) reported@AskNationwide what the heck is going on? Your phone customer support drops calls claiming a “technical issue”. The banking app’s chat is in a death loop and isn’t working. The banking app isn’t showing details like standing orders. ETA for fixes? There’s no way to contact you.
-
Jenny Reader (@Mioewing) reported@AskNationwide You are impossible to contact. I get knocked out of chat and don't get a call back. You have my instructions but haven't acted.
-
Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
-
john tarrant (@johntarrant16) reported@AskNationwide Why will no one speak to me. You online banking is not working and no one in Nationwide cares.
-
Grey Blackstone (@GreyBlackstone) reported@AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.
-
Tango5 (@Tango5_sec) reported@SamaraAngelxoxo @AskNationwide Having the same issue 😩
-
JaxquesRiviera (@JaxquesRiviera) reported@AskNationwide @Hmadtmts Could you dm me too as I have the same issue when trying to call about about an MSB1 error preventing me making payment on the nationwide app
-
Mark (@MARKAFN) reported@AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?
-
Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide No, I can't do that as your bank has a stupid policy where you need the bank card to access interentet banking. Your phone lines are also useless as it's a robot who keeps saying the same thing over and over. Really unhelpful response at a very stressful time.
