@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide Hi there, I have recently closed my Help to Buy ISA in branch yesterday and was informed the closing statement would be sent via the post. Is there anyway to print this closing statement in branch, or access it electronically via the online service?

For the 4th time now @AskNationwide has responded to a base rate increase with: "We're currently working out what this means for our savings members" Based on the last 3 times, it will mean a very belated increase in rates, passing on only a fraction of the rise. Or nothing.
