    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide Can Nationwide members adjust the contactless limit down from the new £100 limit? I don't feel comfortable or happy with that amount if my card happens to get lost and someone unscrupulous finds it and has a mini spree at my expense.

    @AskNationwide I have had a reply from your complaints team but the reply was far from satisfactory. Shame you think it is acceptable to set a system that just cuts people off after waiting to be answered for 1 hour. Should have spent the time looking for a more customer focused organisation.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I made a transaction online but it came up with an error but still has taken my money. Not received any booking confirmations or in the bookings of my account. I can't get hold of the company to help. What number do I ring to stop this transaction please?

    @AskNationwide I cannot send anything to any of my payees even when I use my card reader it always says there’s no service availability. This has been irritating me for the past year or so. Is there anything or anyway to fix this!?

    @AskNationwide I've recently gotten a new phone and when I installed the banking app, I put all my details in, checked many times that they're correct and yet it still gives an error message saying that one or more pieces don't match the records. Is there anything I can do?
