@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide @powell_j96 Glad you are aiming for ‘sufficient service’ for your customers. Shame you don’t consider customers who work full time and only have Saturdays off….

@AskNationwide I’ve just been told my mortgage application has been declined because on leasehold purchases the LTV needs to be 85%. But my deposit is 15%!! What’s going on? I waited 3 weeks to hear this and now interests rates have increased even further. Poor customer service.

@AskNationwide Hi I recently opened a flex plus account and I already have a flexaccount with you I thought everything would stay the same and my account would just change to flex plus but now I have the flex plus as a separate account which isn’t what I wanted. Any help please?

@AskNationwide Doesn't really help get my cheque cleared, does it? Or explain why this is deemed acceptable. Particularly given the signs went up after the cut off specified. This branch is only open 3 days a week anyway, it feels like Nationwide don't care about it's customers in this town!

@AskNationwide Just got off the phone with your complaints department… they were no help, had no useful information and apparently the information I wanted was impossible to get because no one at nationwide knows anything about the process I was querying

@AskNationwide Yes any payments through websites will not work. Your call team did everything they could to help but had no way of escalating the problem. I've just moved my bank account to you and this is not great first impressions other than your team were polite and as helpful as could be.

@AskNationwide my mother if disabled and needs help in transferring money around. We pay stuff in for her and occasional card withdrawal but given she may need to move larger amounts for ongoing care costs how does she set me up to do this on her behalf?
