    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @APxx77 @AskNationwide @ComputerWeekly They have to have a clue, it's just they're not willing to share publicly. It's frustrating as heck for sure, but I have not doubt there will be a crisis response team working with techs, senior managers and vendors. It will be a powder keg of pressure and frustration.

    @AskNationwide That dose not help now dose it if you don't sort out then family don't get feed tonight .. I hope you as a bank are thinking how u can make this right...There are many like me that go from pay day to payday

    @AskNationwide would actually appreciate reviving my Christmas paycheque today.. absolute joke, I can't access any of my money. Stuck at home with covid and can't do any online shopping

    @AskNationwide @ElaineMOram They keep putting the same message on, with the same link I found via a Google search. But nothing on timescale, not a hint. Completely and utterly fobbing their customers off! Awful. Its left me in a real predicament

    @AskNationwide what is happening with payments?? It’s just not good enough to message your customers and change your phone service to advise “payments to and from accounts are delayed”!! Without giving a time scale. How long is it an hour, a day a week? Issue proper information
