This whole outage jut goes to show how outdated @AskNationwide is. They simply do not compare to others. After this is done i am Switching and warning everyone to stay away. Wouldn’t surprise me if they end up closing as a business soon.

@AskNationwide what are you doing to compensate people who are losing out on important money? My husband missed a £180 day at work last week because of missing payments and now there’s issues again today! C’mon! Do better!

@AskNationwide @MisterDavey1 Absolute rubbish. What security risk does admitting there is a technical glitch or (as I strongly suspect) a staffing issue delaying processing?!. You can't REPEATEDLY cause the same problem for people accessing their OWN money with no explanation. Do you WANT to lose customers?!

@AskNationwide It's not good enough. I've been with Nationwide for 3 weeks and have no idea why I moved to you to be honest. Your customer service stinks. My mum's been with you for years and that's why I did it. This can't be allowed to happen again

@AskNationwide Care to explain to customer why use feel as a trustworthy bank it’s ok to have faults all the the time in this current financial struggle going on ? And when complain and offer reward you then close down customer accounts for errors that are your fault? Don’t hide
