@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide You will see from my account and the information you have on your system that we have never missed a mortgage payment. We’ve always been in employment and earn a good wage between us. I am absolutely disgusted with nationwide and the service and I would rather go elsewhere.

Just spent 40 minutes on the phone to @AskNationwide in an attempt to sort out a payment that doesn’t appear to have gone through. Only for me to be lost whilst being move from one person to another. Look, help me out or @riannedowney_ will be asking you why I’m not at her gig.

@joelycett I phone @AskNationwide this morning to be told that we are locked out of our current accounts until we can contact this specific team on Monday. We had no feedback to our reply on Monday last week and they have just blocked them. We have no access to our money

@AskNationwide That's poor. What is the point of a customer services team if they can't complete customer services tasks! Now I have to go to an ATM which will no doubt swallow my card whilst the pin is blocked! #nohope
