    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide I have been in branch and used ARTI - neither seem to be able to help with my query. I've tried ringing twice now to be told 'due to unforeseen circumstances we can't take your call' - what am I supposed to do now?!!

    @AskNationwide why is it so difficult to make contact with Nationwide. Your ridiculous AI answering service drags out the call and is no help at all. Get through, referred to a different number with a message’ call the main line’ I’m fuming #customerservice has gone down the pan#

    @AskNationwide Having asked twice for forms to add a 2nd account holder to a credit card nothing has ever come through. Now your 'chat' service tells me that this isn't possible even though you refer me there. Very misleading, just send me the forms 🙏
