@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide Thanks. Yes I’ve “live” chatted this issue many times. Still no resolution or contact from IT / systems managers. Kindly escalate this as a matter of urgency as it’s affecting accounts and fees.

Dear @AskNationwide Why are you incentivising your customers to use a bank card with their shopping. I am a loyal Nationwide customer of nearly 30 years. I prefer to use cash for many reasons. Do I get any rewards for withdrawing cash from your counters? #CashIsKing

@AskNationwide Hi Scott. I can view in chat box window but it is small and not the same as being able to view a secure msg like I used to be able to do. The chat box option is slow to get to the right place and/or human. Might be better for NW but poor service for customer!

@AskNationwide That’s fine. Chat and social media staff are not empowered to resolve this. I’m asking NW to pay attention to this issue and internally investigate it. It’s going on too long. I’ll call you to see if NW can assist with the errors on my account as a result.
