@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide A page on your website relating to the BoE’s base rate changes states “This change will affect some of our mortgages and savings accounts.” There’s information below this statement on mortgages, but nothing on savings accounts, which is confusing. Please explain?

@AskNationwide No I won’t dm what’s a message going to do when your staff on the phones have already said because my accounts frozen that means you can’t give me my money that I’ve earned til Monday. Leaves me and my kids with **** all til Monday il be claiming compensation for this.
