@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide Apparently I have not qualified for the Feb 2023 draw. But I have deposited into my account. Can you just someone call me or answer your phones so I can query. I pay £13/month to have your services and I get worse and worse service every month. I feel like switching.

@AskNationwide Rang that number, couldn’t help, transferred me to fraud dept, couldn’t help, transferred me to another dept and it’s still going to take 3 weeks at least to resolve. How do you expect me to pay my bills?

@AskNationwide Yeah, I bet. Far too much work involved by me for such a basic error on your part.

@AskNationwide As a customer of Nationwide, I request that you reconsider & reverse your policy on restricting payments to cryptocurrency exchanges. I do not wish to bank with an institution that imposes restrictions on what I can and can’t do with my own money.

@AKiT87 @AskNationwide I had a similar problem on Monday with a £10k 'faster payment' that went missing. NW were really bad and slow over the phones at responding to this - like talking to a crap Gov't Dept. My advice is to complain and ask for compensation as I have.

@AskNationwide "Were here to help" unless you want to buy Crypto. Online gambling sites are fine though. Time to move our money where we have the freedom to do what we wish with it.
