    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide Well they gave me a sort code and account number to use ,but when I try to use it via online banking the account kicks me back into the login page

    @AskNationwide hi is there a problem with your banking app. I am being told when I try to log in get a message saying we are sorry to safeguard your accounts we need to reconfirm your security details. Please re-enroll on the banking app or call us on 03452 660894 for more info.

    @AskNationwide We cannot make an payment on our account for unknown reason and we can’t log into internet banking. We seem to be locked out our account it not really acceptable that we have to wait till 8am to sort this problem.

    @AskNationwide hi- we have sold our house and our mortgage has been settled up in full on the 28th july. You have still taken a mortgage payment on the 1st aug which you shouldn’t have. Can u help

    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.
